“The owner of the store is very friendly and welcoming! On top of that, she does have an amazing worker named Will who has always greeted me with a smile and has made me feel very welcomed. If I had the time, and wasn't so busy with work, I would honestly stop there, just to say hello to Will, if not the store owner!”

“I’ve been coming to Kaj Wine and Liquor for a while now and always have a great experience. Rickey is super friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes customers feel welcome every time. The service is always quick, helpful, and professional, and the prices here are honestly some of the best around. You can tell he really appreciates his regular customers and takes pride in what he does. He’s also amazing with recommendations. He’s definitely saved a couple girls’ nights with last-minute suggestions lol. The location is super convenient too. It’s right off the Van Wyck, so it’s easy to hop on and off while heading wherever you need to go. Definitely one of the best local liquor stores in the area!”

“I started one star; the story is below. In the end they were able to fulfil my purchase, and I'd use their service again. I would say the mix-up that happened with my order could have happened to anyone, my package got sent back to them and was never delivered, they eventually resent it out to me. By time I received it one of my bottles had broken in shipping. But it had gone across the country 4 times so, I'm not surprised. I filed a claim for the damage with UPS, but we'll see. I ultimately give 4 stars, because even though customer service is hard to reach, they did help me, and they didn't make me pay for shipping a second time.

So far, a one star. I ordered from them, and it said my ordered was delivered to Dhamar in New York while I live in Omaha. It's like they just sent it to themselves, I guess. But they sent me a nice email saying it was delivered. I can't reach anyone by phone, so I'm waiting to see if they check their email. If it was just a mistake, I'd love to reorder and give them another shot after they refund my first purchase, but I can't even talk to anyone yet.

Update: was finally able to reach customer service, they said they don't understand why the package wasn't delivered and was returned to them. Said I could have it shipped out, but I'd have to pay 25 bucks for shipping again. I protested a bit and asked if we could split the cost because it seems it was neither of our fault. I got a follow-up email saying they would either refund or reship at no cost. I replied to have it reshipped. Haven't heard from them over the weekend but hopeful they will respond Monday. I'm going to update this to two stars. Hopefully they earn more stars back.”
