Great customer service and accurate size selection thanks to the knowledge of the staff. Wonderful variety of clothes and everything. I always get updated on the newest items on text before I go so I can find fashionable and great clothes for my little boy who's in kindergarten. The price is perfect and I can buy alot of clothes of different fashion for children. I highly recommend it. The staff is very professional and helpful

The service was absolutely terrible… there’s really no other way to put it. It was so bad that I felt obligated to warn others? (and I’m someone who never writes reviews). If you read this, I suggest that you find another Kid City store to shop at. The manager here is terrible. She doesn’t listen to customers and commands them to stop talking. She’s incredibly ill-mannered, and isn’t able to complete a conversation with a customer without being rude.

My son's school lets us know about shows/recitals only a couple of days in advance, so TWICE now I've had to scramble to buy toddler-sized formal wear in the specified colors! Thank goodness for this store. Even after finding what I need and a few impulse buys (toys, graphic tees) I spent less than expected.

So I was there earlier today , lady asked me to wear a mask , I said (my bad im sorry) so I noticed staffs didn't had on no mask , I was like your staff doesn't have on mask on the counter. She's like thats not a problem that im coming from outside. What goes for one must go for all. Customers shouldn't really be treated like that from that rude lady. I asked her name and she ask me if im a cop or what. That's really not the way. Please train your staff to speak properly to customers. I spend 100 of dollars there but never gonna come again.
