I do not recommend going to this preparer to get your taxes done. His staff told members of the local community my personal details from filing my taxes and he requests a FULL PAYMENT before work is done. I have student loans and the information of those loans (how many taxes I paid) was shared with people in the community from a preparer. If you are individual, are better off doing your taxes on Turbo Tax and would save more and they deduct the amount from an anticipated refund. Unfortunately, like many services in this neighborhood the goal is ALL about mediocre "professionals" who care only about money and think it's okay to treat clientele like garbage (even if you have been going there for years.) THIS COMPANY is no different.
