Over the few years, I’ve ordered online and over the phone to have my mother-in-law's Mother’s Day and birthday gift ordered by your company and I called you today to inquire about an order online. you indicated that online orders are closed off. I specifically asked you what you had on the floor you put me on hold then a young lady come on the phone says hello then proceeded to ask you if you want to talk to her (her which is me on the phone waiting for you to come back to the call) and then you tell her to hang up the call. when I called back to acknowledge that you have no customer service skills whatsoever, you start yelling on the phone; I simply just say “Have yourself a good day” and hang up! People like you shouldn’t have any business because you don’t know how to talk to people and you make it seem like we are asking you for favours or freeness when I’m spending my hard-earned money !!!!!

Really nice place run by the nicest lady. She helped me put together a bouquet for the lady's birthday a couple of days ago, it was an absolute stunner and she loved it.Prices were affordable and she has other gift items I picked up also and together everything was a winner and my pocket was happy also.If you live in south Jamaica, please go here. Online ordering is nice but it doesn't come close both in expense and collection.
