    For context I went to deposit a 50,000 dollar check into my account I asked if I could use the bathroom and the lady said how it was not available to customers mind you homeless people come here at the late hours of the night to pee all over the floor this place smells terrible if you have the option do your business someplace... read full comment

    This is an excellent bank for those serviced by Citibank. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and kind. On some days, lines can be long but for the most part, one can get in and out fairly quickly. This is one of Citibank's best branches.
