“This store is amazing!!! Service is beyond spectacular. I left my house and forgot I had an important meeting this morning. I was dressed horribly and unbecoming for my meeting. I walked into the store and asked if they can get me suited up with tailoring in about 20 minutes. To my amazement they made it happen!!! I walked out with a new suit, shirt, tie, and belt in about 20 minutes. One of the guys there even dusted off my Yamuka. The sales person was super nice and friendly, and get this he even pressed my new shirt since it had a couple of wrinkles when they took it out of he package. I highly recommend this place!!!! Great Experience especially if you want to do a pretty woman makeover move! LOL”

“BEAUTIFUL TO BUY FROM and EXCELLENT TO SELL TO!The owners are always working in the store which is the real evidence to a great indie owned company. They love what they do! Very selective on what they take in making what they sell high quality. Pricing is below retail and they have $2-$6 bins with hidden gems. Found a lot of brand new high end - name brand- clothes for a friends baby shower. Excellent place to sell clothes, take credit and upgrade your childs wardrobe.”

“I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences this past Sunday while shopping at your store on White Plains. I was unable to locate my coupon in my bag upon reaching the cashier, I could not locate the coupon in my email. Frustrated, I left the items and decided to leave the store and perhaps return another time. As I was at the door making one last check in my email, another cashier, whose name I learnt to be Mia, with the brightest smile, beckoned to me and said she would honour my purchase with a coupon. She was genuinely pleasant right through the check-out experience. I will return to that store just because of her. Old Navy you have a gem in this employee. Bottom line is that mia didn’t have to. I was three steps away from the door, but she ensured that I left the store happy and satisfied. I am indeed grateful and please let her know she is valued.”
“I think the fabrics and cuts of the clothes in this store are better than those in Uniqlo. The prices are also affordable and the styles are good. Of course it is recommended to buy during the sale. I prefer buying their summer clothes. All in all highly recommended.”

“Literally came in here and got just about everything for my nieces and nephews. From clothes and robes to toys and a lot of dinosaurs they have it all. Spent under $200 and got 3 toys and about 7 single clothes and 5 sweatsuits and we’re going back!”
“The clothing is so very soft and comfy and absolutely everyone there is lovely and helpful and not at all pushy. A designer who was visiting the store also told me they aim to only use sustainable fabrics and manufacturing and work with local native american groups to make sure they're a part of the community. Now they even have coffee. We'll continue to go back! So glad they're around now.”

“Check your receipt before you leave and make sure you got everything in your BAG YOU BROUGHT TO THE COUNTER. The manager checked the cameras when I came back 2days later with my receipt with double charges and he took care of everything. But the cashier made 2 major mistakes and it wasn't even busy, no one was even behind me. I bought $300 worth of clothes and I don't think it was a honest mistake but that's my opinion after 15 years of cashier retail experience.”
