BEWARE of getting your insurance done from here! Bobby is an irresponsible, irresponsive agent. He doesn’t know what he is doing. He never helps, or picks up your calls. This insurance agency is a FRAUD. Didn’t submit my documents even though I sent them when he asked. But when it comes to payments they act so sweet. He doesn’t deserve any of your money not a single penny! Save yourself some money and time and get insurance from someone trustworthy and respectful. I gave this guy enough chances to fix his mistake, he never responded. Only interested in your money. Allstate charged me thrice the amount because he forgot to submit any supporting documents. And gave me liability instead of full coverage claiming that I never submitted any inspection. I have proof that I submitted it on time. Even Allstate agreed that I submitted it on time. Do not go here.

He never pick up call, he don’t respond to any questions. Have to call other insurance company. And switch companies, lost so much money. Horrible service. Don’t go to this Allstate agent, go to someone else.

My agent didn’t try to assist me after the first 6 months. I got sent a bunch of cancellation mails and was confused, tried contacting them, no answer. Called a different branch to assist, they weren’t able to fully help but managed to help me log in and be able to pay my usual monthly bill. My balance is now overdue, because my current agent was assuring me that my auto paid was turned on but I later found out it was in-fact not turned on. I was confused looking at mail letters saying I owe over a thousand dollars and my insurance for my car will be canceled! I would like to have a conversation with a different agent, to please assist to setup my account to how it was these last six months- auto paid turned on and all payments on time like how I expect it to be with all my bills. I don’t sit here and remember the password to this specific service because it was always auto paid so I never had to do any kind of maintenance. Now I’m overdue because I trusted my agent’s words.

Terrible. They are nice to you when it comes to collecting the bill but when you are done with them and want to leave none of your calls will be answered or email. You will keep getting letters in the mail to pay the bill for the months you weren't even covered. You can call him and tell him that you are leaving and he will say ok but won't do anything about it and keep sending you the letters that you have to pay up. Never sends any information to the new insurance company, he will delay the process as much as he can.
