“Been a loyal customer of theirs for over five years and i have noticed the same staff members have always been there. Most shops in queens have 2 or 3 senior staff members whereas this shop during peak hours has at least 5. They are virtually open sun up to sundown but it's always best to coordinate in advance as they always have at least a dozen cars in their w.i.p and their curb cut can accomidate only 2 car widths at a time. I really like their location and all of the local tow guys always seem delighted because their are 2 bus stops soo there is no fight for manuevering room. Don't forget to hit the ATM as they are cash only $$ value priced for quality craftsmanship. They turn wrenches, replace parts and do collision work. a true one stop shop.”
“My tow truck blew a tire on the expressway. I called the office and spoke to Josh. He was able to locate an affordable tire and dispatch a road side mechanic to get my driver back on the in a surprisingly quick time frame. Customer service & reliability are exceptional”
“I just swapped tires onto another set of wheels and got them balanced. Only 1 worker was there when I went, there was a wait for whomever came for service after me, but that 1 guy worked diligently to save time and accommodate the customers after me. Hats off to him, sorry I didn't get his name.”
“5 mins away from my destination for a wedding and I experienced a flat tire . Travel all the way from NJ and as soon as I arrived in queens my tire went flat :( , however I pulled into Rich Hill and the workers attended to me quickly. I am not sure of their names , maybe he was the owner but he was very prompt and efficient. Thank you for your service !”
