My old iPhone 6S which I've had forever and I love, was no longer charging properly and dying quickly. (Having satisfactorily used FixNgo a few years back to replace a cracked screen, it only made sense to go back again). The technician replaced my charging port and installed a new battery. The repair was done while I waited a short period of time. The phone is working as good as the first day I bought it. I'm very happy with the service. The cost to repair and install new parts was reasonable and I was informed prior to any work being done. The store is very clean, well lit, well organized and provides seating if you prefer to wait. The staff is extremely courteous and best of all, no one even tried to sell me or pressure me into buying a newer phone. While I was there, I observed several people walk in for estimates and questions. All were greeted pleasantly. It's a professionally run business and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

They did an awesome job fixing the cracked front and back of an old iphone that I had. They had the most reasonable price of all the places I called and it only took a few hours. The phone was ready when promised and looked brand new. I hope I won't have any more cracked screens, but I know where to go if I do.

I went to replace my iPhone XS Max screen and speaker and they work perfectly fine now. I was told it would take an hour but I got it back in 30 mins and even got a free screen protector with it. The only downside was that it was a little bit pricier than the other repair stores in the area but the quality was worth it.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEY WOULD STEAL YOUR MONEY I dropped off my laptop to get my battery replaced. They installed a used battery that doesn't charge! After waiting for 2 months to get it re-fixed they told me they couldn't fix it and CHARGED ME $152.43 with no Refund and they told me if I want a new battery I have to pay $152.43 AGAIN!

Called up after searching here on Yelp for a iPhone 11 Max Repair. Got connected with DK and the process was smooth and fast. Got to the store on a Sunday and they took it and called me back within a few hours for the problem and the price of the repair. Went back the same Afternoon and got it right. DK was a great help and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for Mobile Phone Repairs! Thank You DK!

They sold me an phone cable without giving a receipt. The cable stops working a little after bought. When I went to return it they said you don't have a receipt so they can't accept it. This place is not recommended for buyers. Never purchase anything without recipes from here.
