The Customer Service definitely needs improvement. Employees have an attitude and doesn't seem to give a care about the customers. The shortest line, meaning I was second on line and I waited about half hour for service. CFSC please follow up on your Employees for better training on customer service.

A rude cashier told my wife to take off her mask to take a picture or go to a different location. This is against CDC guidelines. They have signs to wear a mask but then they tell you to take it off or go somewhere else. Unprofessional.

CFSC located on 126 and Rockaway Blvd has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All of them have a nasty attitude, specially this young Dominican lady! She treats customers as if we were thieves or worst, as if we were asking for free services. She has to be fired!

There’s a heavy set employee working here, she usually clocks out at about 11pm. When I came to cash a money order she claimed she couldn’t cash it because she wasn’t “qualified”. Earlier this week I came here at about the same time & a younger employee was working here who cashed my money order with no problem whatsoever. I believe I was subject to discrimination because I am black. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. I should be treated the same no matter who is working here. And if employees aren’t qualified to perform their job properly then someone some qualified should be hired.

Indian lady with short hair has some type of mental problem...I didnt know it took 1hr to cash a $100 check with 2 forms of ID and on top of that calling my boss to verify that the check is real or not. REALLY!!!! Will never come back to this location again

There's an obese Indian lady with short black straight hair, she's very unprofessional, lacks manners, has an attitude, and is just plain rude. She prefers to sit there and play with her hair than to properly inform you. To say she's uneducated is an understatement. Last time I'll come here for anything.
