Bought several gift cards from this store, only the playstation cards work. All of the vanilla visa cards do not work and will make for horrible, horrible headaches of stocking stuffers. They have customer service numbers that dont pick up when you call and walgreens pretty much said no refunds. Buyer beware

Worst Walgreens ever. Came in to get COVID and Flu shot. Check in process took extremely long was told my insurance would not cover even though I had done the pre check in online. They finally said that the insurance accepted. I knew it would since I work for the city. Please train your employees, first and last time I will get anything done at this location

I used this Pharmacy who messed up my medication. I complained and they didn't care. The manager a young girl could do nothing but be professionally unhelpful....Thus my low star rating I do not recommend this pharmacy. I use the comfortable local pharmacy with polite helpful caring staff.

Their pharmacy that used to be 24 hours is now closed at 10pm? There's a sign that says go to their Deer Park location for the nearest one (it's 45 minutes away). Simply piss poor service considering I work nights and this is only times I can get there. Correct this soon!

The pharmacy is the absolute worse. After waiting on a ridiculously long line, I got to the counter only to be told that they cannot find my medication when they had called me and told me it was ready to be picked up. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for them to refill it. The tech was very dismissive and did not even apologize for misplacing my meds. My experience at this particular Walgreens pharmacy was terrible.

This is a pretty good Walgreens, I have been coming to this place here and there for some years now.i never used the pharmacy here. But the store it self has some good sales from cereal to snacks, you get a good discount, especially if you have a Walgreens rewards card.The customer service here is good ,I met a nice cashier by the name of bebe very friendly lady.This location has a nice size parking lot and is only a few blocks from jfk airport. The airtrain is right there on lefferts blvd.

last night I rushed to Walgreens at Roclassy and lefferts to get a much needed medicine . I engaged the assistance of the night pharmacist PETER . I regretted doing so but I left an ailing family member to get this recommended medicine . Peter became extremely obnoxious insisting he has never of this medicine and Walgreens has never carried such a medicine . Over my insistence Peter asked me who recommend the medicine . I told him a doctor . His response this is America you need to go and buy it India . This is America . This is America . ( I am of Indian descent ) I iinsisted because I researched before I came to Walgreens. And I have a hurting family member awaiting on my success . This man increasingly became verbally abusive and questioned by ability to understand English . Brutal with his tongue .walked off without caring . Unfeelinglly . desperate and willing to give up I engaged my daughter who readily went and found the medicine . Spoke with Peter who rudely walked away . He may be a qualified Pharmacist but he needs a huge supply of CARING(consistent with walgreens tv claims) and teach him to administer it WITH A HEART . It's the ailing and sick He serves I have found that Walgreens pharmacy stall thinks they are an elite class not given to customer service as the general staff
