Woman called on a Saturday being completely rude about a package the postal system lost....then screamed at me telling me she was putting me hold which was actually her just hanging up on me. Usps is awful at customer service and has been for at least 15yrs I have had to deal with them

I have PO BOX at the post office. The business hours to access the PO BOX are Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. I cannot get access to the PO BOX before 8:30 am because the post office is closed when it should be opened.

I will not go to this post office anymore they never have money too cash money orders which I find weird when I go to another post office nearby they have it. There’s people in the back who work there but there’s a line only one and two at the register with attitudes. -1
