I can say first that I was pissed seeing that I had to still wait even after setting an appointment and getting there before time. One of the representative greeted me at the entrance so she can know how to assist me. After checking me in, Andy Eustache was so professional in welcoming me to his space. I came in to have 3 matters resolved. After Andy closely paid attention to my situation. He was able to offer me a product that I thought I would not qualify for . Also the fact that he speaks multiple languages just like me, this made me feel like he could relate to my experience. As a former commercial banking employee, he went above and beyond to assist me. I really appreciate every one in the branch as this was my first time visiting this location. Thank you MCU for continuing providing services that us members really need in our financial journey.”

Once inside and past the lobby with no air conditioning, the environment is nice and the tellers Mohammad & Wattie offer good customer service. For more specific requests i always get good help from Jim, Norm, Allison or Elizabeth. Good team here”

“My brother, sister and I are all former employees of RSB. Recently, it was clear that one of our parents needed help with finances. I brought all significant documents to the Associate Manager, Celik A. He took copies of the documentation and advised he would submit to RSB's legal department. I was surprised when I received a call from Celik that evening indicating that the documents were in order and we scheduled a date to fill out the required bank documents. I spoke to a neighbor regarding my experience and was asked "did you speak with Celik?" he's so helpful. I later spoke with my god-son who mentioned that Celik helped him with his banking as well. I worked for RSB in the late 80's, my sister in the early 90's and my brother late 90's. It is nice to know that customer service is alive and well at RSB!!!”
“As a customer for over 40 years services have been at an optimum level . This is a community bank with several branches within the local,area. You are treated on a personal basis . The bank manager is extremely efficient, personable as the staff.If I could give 6 stars I would. “Fantastic bank! The decor and inside of the bank has been renovated and really elevated since the last picture posted of it from 7 years ago. I highly recommend anyone to come here as they are efficient and friendly. Their implementation of updated technology to help make transactions a lot quicker. But that doesn't mean that there aren't people around to help. I was able to get assistance from anyone in the bank and they are highly patient and helpful. It was an fantastic experience.”
