I had placed an order for same day pickup early today and 4 hours later it was still processing and it said they’ll email when it’s ready. So I decided to call I was put on hold for 30 minutes & I called back and was immediately placed on hold again. They didn’t even tell me they were putting me on hold just straight to the hold music I called 5 times. Same thing. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR NEEDS AND THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVCE!!

Slightly terrible experience and customer service
Refused to accept my return even though i had the correct receipt. Online autozone policy states i could return to any local store but the cashier looked and talked to me like i was an idiot.
Just save yourself the experience and go to the next autozone

Had a vehicle emergency and stopped at the autozone in rockaway blvd. I was lucky enough to have Adrian help me with my troubles. Adrian was extremely friendly and super knowledgeable, I could tell he takes pride in his work. If he’s not in route to being promoted, he should be.
