Even at the self-checkout, a simple query turned into a heartwarming scene where a team member not only answered a customer's question but also mediated a dispute between two children, showcasing a commitment to exceptional service.This stands in stark contrast to my experiences at other stores. Visiting two Home Depots and another Lowe's in Brooklyn left me frustrated in my search for deck paint and assistance. However, my visit to Lowe's on Long Island was a game-changer. An employee not only directed me to the deck paint but also volunteered to customize the color without prompting. This level of service left me incredibly satisfied and reaffirmed my belief in the power of exceptional customer care.”
“I’ve been doing business with Joe for over 20 years. I recommend Air Lite to family & friends. I own 2 homes & have purchased about 20 radiator covers. This one is custom made & picked it up 2/10/24. My radiator went from picture on the left to picture on the right!! As always, I am thrilled with Air Lite’s radiator covers. Well made!! Joe also informs me on how to keep them looking good (use spray car wax). Excellent family-owned business in Queens with personal service on all their products.”

“A big thank you to Steve and Jen for helping resolve an issue with an Anderson Storm door. Home Depot was great Anderson customer service is below par. The 90 day warranty is worthless. Shame on Anderson. It would be great if Anderson Packed the storm doors with sufficient foam and padding to protect the doors during Shipping. The warranty only covers parts. Good luck trying to disassemble one of these doors. Made very cheaply. There must be a a better brand.”

“Randomly have been shopping at this location since it's relocation from the previous East Meadow location. Great repurpose of the old K-Mart space. This Home Depot store is clean and appears/feels more open and spacious than the previous location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Items are generally in stock compared to some other locations. Online order with store pickup is also a very good option for customers to utilize.”

“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”
“Maggie and Sonia ( the designer and supervisor) helped my senior citizen mother renovate her kitchen. It was a lifelong dream of hers and they assisted her with great care, patience, and thorough explanations of the process. The quality of all materials, cabinets, countertops and backsplash, was exceptional. Installation was seamless. Contractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner. My mother is extremely pleased. Thank you Maggie and Sonia. It could not have happened without you!”

“Today I had the best experience at home Depot Elmont because of a young associate named Mark in the home appliance section. He asked me if I needed assistance and then took his time to answer all my questions. I asked for his name in the event he would get commission for a large purchase. I learned he gets no commission. He was being helpful because it is in his character to do so. Home Depot you have a gem.”
“I regret not completing the survey in time however I was not able to find the receipt until recently. Nevertheless, I want to give a review for a sales associate who helped me tremendously for 2 days and over 6 hours. Corey- in flooring! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We got it right. My floors are absolutely gorgeus. I visited different flooring companies, researched online, but it was his patience. We calculated the square footage, figured out how many tiles were needed, how many boxes, we stayed with in my color scheme and my budget. He was extremely patient and kind and was never frustrated. Home Depot you have a winner. His customer service skills are exemplary.Thank you and I regret not submitting this review sooner. He was able to make my home, home and for that I am truly grateful!”
“You can't go wrong when you buy necessary home stuff from Home Depot. However, you may find random items at other stores at a lower price. The staff here are courteous and always helpful. So when you want items without the hassle, Home Depot is your best shot.”
“You need to get there at certain hours and time depending on the source of your visit to this supermarket. Late evening you get good deal at the meats department. Early in the day, you can find everything freshly replenished.”
“I went to this Home Depot this past weekend only to find it packed with customers. The staff were all extremely busy but Martin stopped and took the time to ask us how he could help even though I could tell he was in the middle of several different things. We ended up getting the grill we wanted pre-assembled and a Martin took the time to help us fit it into our car (not an easy task)!”
“This is my favorite store ,even though I love clothes shopping, home depot is my favorite store.I am a crafter so I visit a lot ,I also purchase my plants from here also ,I went there recently trying to find staples for my craftman stapler without any success,since Sears close down I'm not able to find staples which causes me to buy a new stapler this weekend .Anyone with Craftman staples in their position if you are not using them I would like to have them.”
