very difficult to deal with just wanted to rent a spot for our camper firts spot they gave us was full of dirt that the plow left behind so they told me to go go another on only to find out an hour later that my camper wouldn't fit so now were on our third spot Wish me luck. I will say there reasonably priced but the office people have no clue on whats going on. Being a retired business owner i would say they need better management for sure.

We were infested with mice in our unit. We too preventative measures to insure no rodents in our units. We had to throw out a corner wooden hutch because mice chewed the wood all over it. We also threw out boots, clothing, pillows. Also, our unit leaked rain . Never again would I rent here or refer someone to Route 9 mini storage.

Awful storage unit to rent from, there are far better around for only a little extra. These storage units are run down and it seems they are too busy with their other business to take proper care of these units. Anything with fabric will get ruined wither it’s in a bag box or tote from moisture getting under the weather stripping, there’s also rats and mice that eat your stuff and leave feces all over everything!!! When brought up to the office they sate that everything is perfect with their units and it’s not their problem. Just saying spend the extra and save your stuff.

Storage units aren't maintained and we, along with others we have heard from, had an issue with mice. Did not return my phone call, but said that if there was a mice issue they should have been made aware of it when I went into the office. Half of my kids toys had to be thrown out, along with many sentimental memories of our grandparents.Bottom seals of units are destroyed and there are gaps between each unit. So if one has an issue, they all will have an issue. A simple drive through once in a while would have told them that, but they're too busy maintaining appearances and watering grass at the other place they run.

This is where we have our storage. It is gated and it's open 7am to 7 pm 7 days a week.

Cheap, old units--you get what you pay for. They were nice enough.. until I moved out. Took half of my security deposit for "tears in the ceiling." I had nothing that could have even remotely reached the ceiling. Scam. Using other people's money to fix their run-down place.
