“ADK Auto Spa brought my fathers 2018 Chevy Silverado back from the dead. We dropped it off in most likely the worst condition possible. After an amazing purchase experience at Whiteman Chevrolet, I had the misfortune of being struck in the drivers side of my new truck. My vehicle was picked up and delivered to Whiteman's collision center.
I couldn't have been happier under the circumstances.
Ken Lytle and the collision crew we're polite, professional and poets in the art of repair.
My truck was restored to better than factory condition!

“I went here today to get my truck checked out after it got damaged and the gentleman that works here named Justin went above and beyond to help me and my mom with giving me advice on my truck. Justin took the time to explain the process, and gave me pointers. I highly recommend going here for any damages.”

“Before I start this review I want to say that I used this bussiness twice within a year and it was amazing. The work that they do is like magic. The first time was after my car was split down the middle by falling snow and ice, completely smashing the roof in and damaging other parts as well. Called my insurance had my vehicle towed there and in a few weeks I got my car back and it was like I got back a brand new car. The second time I was hit by a highway truck that ran a red light and this, but was still drivable, so I thought. Called the insurance for the truck and brought it to A-1 and immediately when he saw it he said I shouldn't be driving it and advised me to ask for a rental and that he would advocate for me if they gave me trouble. After finally getting my new windshield in and it not being broken, the installation when seamless! The service was fast and the replacement seems to be of high quality! It’s been about a week since the replacement and there have been no issues. Very happy with the service!

I noticed a chip in my windshield on Father’s Day. So, I scheduled a repair. Turns out it’s an old repair they can’t fix again. Needs a new windshield. Okay, no problem. I get set up with an appt for 7 days out. I get a call 2 days before saying the new windshield was damaged. Have to order another one. The day of my appointment I get another phone call. This windshield is scuffed. Have to order another one again. Good news, you’ll be all set Friday July 10th. Get another phone call this morning saying the windshield wasn’t received from their warehouse and now they have to order it directly from a vendor. Now it’s been re-scheduled yet again. And this time it’s out to July 26th. Since the chip was noticed, it turned into a crack and has grown and spiderwebbed.
Still responsible for my deductible on top of it all! How is it so hard to ship a damn window and not damage it?”

“Even though there is kind of a large window of time to when you will have the job done, they were earlier than later the two times. They were professional and the texts received were fantastic; when they were on their way, when the job started and ended. I highly recommend Safelite!”
