I recently had a flat tire in the Glens Falls area and had a wait time of over an hour for most tow trucks, I called BBJT not only could they be there quickly, but the cost was very reasonable. The service driver was helpful, had a very clean truck and was very pleasant. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue.

I locked my keys in my car (in the Midas parking lot) and had to use my USAA roadside assistance app. They contacted Bodies by Jay Towing for assistance. These guys were great! They showed up very quick (with a smile on his face), popped my lock open and had us on our way in no time with a smile. Awesome work guys!!!

Had a tie rod break. The wheel was jammed up pretty bad which made it difficult to get on the truck but he made it work....AND without damaging the vehicle. Upset I never asked his name. He was great!! Arrived sooner than the estimated time and was very pleasurable to deal with. Once he got it to our garage he went above and beyond to help us get it in...VERY knowledgeable. Thank you again for everything!!!

These people prey on the uninformed. $518 for a 5 mile tow from Hudson falls to South Glens Falls. Stay away and call your own tow truck company.

RUN FORREST RUN! My friend bought a used corvette from Jay. He told her that the A/C unit worked. When she tried using it on the way home it died. Turns out that the condenser needed replacing. When my friend told Jay, he refused to pay $500. for the repair bill. This man has a beautiful home on the lake and several classic cars, yet he is TOO CHEAP to pay for something that he knew did not work . This guy is a real SCMUCK! Do not do business with him!

Only reason I'm giving it a 1 star is because it was outrageous pricing to have my car towed and have it only sit on the lot for 6 hours for me to pay $300. But the guy came on the weekend to let me get it back instead of it sitting there longer and costing me more money.

We broke down just past Exit 27 Southbound on the Northway on Saturday evening. Caleb came to our rescue and was thoroughly pleasant and careful with not only our car, but also with my husband and me! He towed us all the way to Fuccillo Hyundai in Schenectady which was a long haul, but he was very polite and even made a pit stop for my husband.Service: Car towing
