I’m new to the area and came here for the first time. Lee was amazing! He copied the picture I showed him and it turned out beautiful! I’m so happy with the outcome and the service itself! On top of that, he gave me a great deal for the price! I definitely found my new salon! Will 100% be continuing to come back! If you’re looking for an advanced nail salon, this is it!

They did a great job on my nails but 3 days later added an extra 20.00 to my credit card . When I called they said oh sorry come in and we will give it back. I am not driving 45 minutes for money that was fraudulently added to my card. Just beware and watch your bank account .

I had read excellent reviews on their website and so I called to make an appointment. The incredibly rude woman who answered the phone told me "I'm very busy, call back in two hours" and hung up on me. This is how you treat someone who is trying to book their first appointment at your business? I will be looking to go somewhere else. I can't believe you would let someone that rude answer the phones of your business.

I will start off with I really wish I could give this less than one star. I first visited Annie’s nails about two weeks ago. They were great the lady who did my nails did an amazing job. They looked fantastic, so I was very excited to return today to get them filled. she had informed me that Tuesdays would be the best day to come as it slower and I bring my child with me .
I made an appointment, and when I arrived, I picked out a color the gentleman who was going to do my nails today informed me that I needed to leave my two-year-old in the car while I get my nails done. I politely told him that I’m sorry I cannot stay because I will not do that. He then proceeded to shout at me and tell me that my child cannot run all over the place and fall down. Keep in mind. He was sitting in a chair, drinking his water, doing nothing of the sort. I was absolutely embarrassed, because there were other people in the salon, and neither I or
My child had done anything to be treated this way by one of the owners. I would not recommend anyone to go there because you potentially could be treated very poorly by the rude owner, who has no customer service skills. I am still absolutely in shock. Thinking about the fact that he asked me to leave my toddler in the car. Unbelievable

Kim and her family are awesome! Every time I come in they are so friendly and have great conversation. They spend extra time cleaning your nails and they last a long time. Happy to get my nails done here ?

Update: I had Kevin do my nails today. I am extremely impressed with him. He did a perfect job and was so kind and professional.
They do a great job with nails. However, the man that sits closest to the door stays on his phone the whole time while he is trying to work on my nails. I have been at least 4 times and it's the same every time. I am busy and don't want to sit at the nail salon and especially while he he scrolling through his phone. I think it is very unprofessional to do that. Customers should be a priority. Like I said, love the job they do just not impressed with that.

I’ve had them for almost 4 weeks they look the same as when I got them the workers are nice I would recommend the guy I don’t know his name but the girl made me bleed and kept burning me so I asked if someone else could do them and when the guy was doing it he didn’t burn me once and didn’t make me bleed the nails came out amazing it’s the best nail salon I’ve been to the price was reasonable to these were $95 but I didn’t have enough so they gave me a discount they had me pay $80 I definitely recommend going but make sure you get the guy!!!

After 13 years of not having my nails done I decided to call Annie’s nails to see if they had an opening for Thursday feb 22nd, she said yes to be there at 7. Me and my mother in law got a full set and my daughter got her nails painted, the woman did my nails and her husband did my daughters and mother in laws, she took hours to do them which was completely ok with me because I thought she was doing a good job that is until I got home and actually looked at them and realized all
My nails were uneven not the same length at all, it drove me insane to the point I couldn’t sleep that night, the next morning/afternoon I went back with my mother in law to see if they could fix them and they all asked me what was wrong so I told them even tho I didn’t wanna say it out loud while they had other clients they kept asking so I told them my nails are all un even and I hadn’t realized it till I got home the prior night, she told me to sit down and had some young guy shave them
Down to absolutely nothing there was no length to them after this the tips were all slanted and he left them sharp! When I sat down and looked at them all I could do was wish I never got them done in the first place, I wanted to cry it was that bad so instead of causing a scene I sat and waited for my ride and left, after telling them what was wrong they didn’t speak to me or my mother in law they kept their heads down talking amongst themselves probably about me! I paid 155$ for mine my mother in law and daughters to be done on top of the 30$ tip they didn’t truly try fixing the issue they rushed and made it worse and then didn’t even offer to compensate me any money back, Friday after leaving Annie’s nails I went to a place called snappy nails in sgf he told took one look and said I didn’t need to even explain he could see the issue, he asked if I went back to have them fixed I told him yea but they made them worse. He then told me to come back at 5pm and he would take them
Off and so them over for me which is what happened I’ll post photos below of Annie’s nails and snappys nails thankfully snappys nails had the same color purple but did not have the same glitter so I went for a more iridescent silver glitter instead of the silver with the purple tint! I have messaged Annie’s nails and they will not respond. I do not recommend going to Annie’s nails unless u have her husband do ur nails he’s great and extremely funny! She did me wrong and didn’t even wanna compensate me anything when I had to pay to have them taken off and redone on top of gas there and back and to the new nail salon is just crazy to me she could have compensated me for just my nails and I wouldn’t have had to do this! Burned my daughter’s hand with the heating gloves they used on her during the manicure!! The place is in shambles and not worth the amount of money paid for services. We paid extra for gel and they chipped/peeled on her the next day and after two days for me. After one week both hands and toes are all peeled off. $160 spent to burn my child and a rushed job. Never going back here. Gross. I’m shocked that NY state board has not shut them down.

Went in for a full set of acrylic. Wasn’t really paying attention at the time got home noticed they did not do any cuticle work at all. They basically just laid acrylic and that’s it.
