Tried to drop off a prepaid FedEx package, she scanned it then said she had to return it to me. Returned it to me then tried to scan it again and said the label wasn't valid.... It wasn't valid because she scanned and returned it and now I'm stuck unable to return my package I'm assuming it was a scam to get the shipping money returned to her.

Awful. I think this place is still open solely due to their location. Pharmacy never had prescribed meds in stock. Always had to wait days after the script because they had to order it. Older cashier with the long hair in front is weirdly rude. Mumbled everything and kept givin me dirty looks, rollin her eyes like I did something to annoy her. It was so awkward I transferred everything to CVS.

I took my parents (85 and 87) to get their covid and flu vaccinations. 1 parent was scheduled for 12:45 and 1 was scheduled for 1. All “paperwork” was filled out on-line the day before. We arrived 15 minutes early as requested. We had to wait until 1 and then they both went in. This is a hardship for older people. There were no apologies.An employee did get an extra chair for them to use while waiting.

Probably the worst walgreens I ever been to. All the female associates are beyond rude and unhelpful. They go out of their way to make sure you cant get what you need. Getting them to accept a fedex package will a QR code is like pulling teeth

This Walgreens only get 1 star because google makes me click it in order to do my review. A 30 second visit to pick up a photo turned into 1 hour visit between having to go home and come back. DO NOT GO HERE. The way they treat the disabled is terrible.My service dog and I went in to get a photo my Mom had printed. My mom came as well. Matt the so called manager with NO managerial skills or polite communication skills for that matter stopped me because I had my service dog. Not only did he ask if she was a service dog that by law he should NOT have. He also was rude, arrogant and thought who he was. I said yes, he asked to see my ID and hers - also WRONG. Because I typically frequent this Walgreens often and everyone knows us there I didn't bring her ID. I ran out of my house without it. He made me go back home and get it then when I brought it back to show him he walked away from me and didn't want to see it after all that. If anyone reading thinks this is already bad, it gets worse. Other customers were around to hear the whole thing which was very uncomfortable for me and then one of Matt's coworkers, a women with longer hair asked what was going on and then they talked about the whole situation as I walked away in front of other customers. He does not deserve to work with the public.Disgusting. People like Matt shouldn't be working with the public if they don't know how to treat all individuals.

card section sucks. Can’t even get a card for your mother on her birthday here go to CVS or any other pharmacy in the area.

If you are in need of a caring pharmacy DO NOT USE WALGREENS! Worst experience! They should be ashamed and closed down.
