Employee name PRECIOUS but certainly nothing precious about her customer service the moment I walk in first customer through the door 10.am she saw my certify mail in hand which I had 21 envelope to certify for the company I worked for her expression on her face said it all she certified 13 envelopes then had an attitude spoke down to me why i brought so much envelopes to process to her location refused to finish the rest of my envelopes of 8 put me out her post office. IS MY BUSINESS NOT WANTED BY THE POST OFFICE FOR 21 certified mails to be processed???? LAZINESS at best unprofessional rude hood behavior. My Boss came with 8 envelope after I left for her to process she bluntly refused his business as another customer through the door no one in line behind him she refused sent a paying customer out the post office. To process certify letters is too hard for these employees same problem at the main office on Main Street Farmingdale. Theirs no option on the website to make an appointment for certify mails. Miss HOOD RAT precious could have suggested to me can u step aside so I can take the customer behind me and finish my service after as a fair professional customer service . Lazy…….

The woman who works here is much more pleasant than the workers at the one in town and it's usually slower, so good it's if you wanna just run in and out. It's small tho, so if there's 7 people in line, it's basically full.I had lower the rating because whenever I drop a package off here it takes FOREVER to get scanned, if at all. If you're a seller, wait in line and ask for an acceptance scan, because your buyer will assume that you never mailed their item. I dropped off a package on Monday. It's now Thursday and wasn't scanned yet.

This is a small postal office located in a shopping strip. A parking lot is connected to it.Came here to mail some papers with a tracking # . They did not have any available.

Absolutley terrible service, I had my packaged dropped off over a week ago and it didnt even leave the post office, My other package was sent back to my house, They need to be shut down, very unperfessional

9/6/22 Teller at window was unprofessional and non competent of there job.They misquoted me shipping cost three different times and would not double check the information.They walked away and went into a room in the back of office and no one else was working to assist me. They left me waiting there for a significant amount of time before returning. They did this a second time when i returned a few hours later.They walked away again and refused to service me.The results were I went to another post office to get serviced. Horrible service!!!

The service is very bad. I went there at 5:25PM and the sales lady complains that I came during the closing time and asked where I work so that she can come during office closing. If you are not ready to work until 5:30PM which is the official closing time for this post office, then please update the closing time to some earlier time.

I love coming here. Mike is the nicest guy working up front. Always kind and welcoming. The scale didn’t work the other day so I left my boxes there for him to scan after things got fixed and he was nice enough to send a receipt to me in the mail. Thank you Mike! I go all the way here instead of Queens, here in Queens they are rude. It’s worth the trip!

I normally go to this post office and I've never had a problem I go today to drop off 50 envelopes and they told me that I need to put a stamp on each one individually instead of wearing them and stamping them the place is always empty that is the reason why I go there the worst customer service ever the Post Office Union is a joke because they let people get away with everything it is the worst branch of civil service I've ever seen in my life and I look forward to the day that the post office goes out of business just to teach her a lesson and what it is to have a real job

The worst service ever! The girl behind the desk was on her speakerphone the 15 minutes that I was in there talking to her boyfriend then I go up for service and she gives me an attitude for no reason I did not mention about her being on the phone or anything but walks right up and gives me an attitude I am calling the US Postal Service on this woman
