I have been doing sales and customer service for over 30 years. When I speak to somebody that is in need of help or having some sort of difficulty, I truly try to do my best to help them as if it was somebody that I really knew and cared about. Not a stranger. Without getting into too much detail, I was having an issue with my insurance company for my daughter who is 19 years old with a specific dosage of a drug. Darlene was so kind so efficient so informative, but most of all she really cared about the fact that my daughter was a younger girl and new to this medication. She followed through and spoke with me with the upmost respect and dedication. She came through as empathic, honest, and really went above, and beyond what she needed to do to help us as a family. I hope someone gives her either a raise ,a high, five a hug, or at least a sincere thank you. There should be more like her in this capacity. Absolutely wonderful, wonderful person and educated on her job. Thank you again, Darlene for everything! You rock!!”

“I have only been using Deer Park Pharmacy for about a year now... but I have to say, they are the most accommodating mom and pop pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!! They ship my medications to me because with my disabilities it's hard to get a ride. They are always on time and delivered with a smile!! I also appreciate that they will call me when I should be running out of one of my medications. They are so on point!! If you're looking for a mom and pop type feeling with amazing professionalism, then definitely give them a try. You will NOT be disappointed.”

“This King Kullen has been a staple in the Bethpage area for many, many years. Since this is a neighborhood store, It's a bit smaller than what you may be used to in other locations. They may not carry some of your preferred brands or those uncommon items you need on a whim- However, what they do possess in place of lacking areas, they fill that void in just about every other way. Their staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable enough to answer any questions you might have. They can point you towards the correct aisle for that product you couldn't find and will even drop whatever they are doing to help you if needed. These are the types of qualities I look for when going to a new store because they suggest that their workers take pride in their work. I'd be way, way more inclined to return rather than be an unappreciated customer at other stores that have robots (yes robots on wheels) follow you on camera to make sure you aren't stealing; then have to do self-checkout. Stay local!!!!.As for The Pharmacy, the employees here that helped me are some of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only are they extremely kind (unlike those at CVS who always seem to act like you're a burden rather than a customer/patient) but they genuinely seem to care about you and your health. From my experience, they are always willing to work with you and FOR you to make sure you are receiving what's best for you. Whether that's dealing with insurance companies on your behalf, working with your Doctor, or finding you the best price for your medication. I would ?????? recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new pharmacy.”

Not only did he help me at closing time he spent extra time to discuss with me how the item I picked up worked. My aunt called this pharmacy and each time she called the staff was responsive patient and kind. I don’t know what these terrible reviews are about but I had such a great experience with this staff. “I am well aware of the shortcomings of dealing with the various prices of pharmaceuticals; my prescription plan has proven to be of little value to me as I have often found pricing without insurance to be cheaper. I was directed to the Orphan Pharmacy, Syosset to fill prescriptions for very high priced ophthalmic medications. I was not only pleased to find that the pharmacy could apply special coupons which radically reduced the price, but only found the staff to be very available and accommodating. Ramon made himself readily available to me, and we had a few conversations regarding his services. They offered free shipping, however, I preferred to stop in for pickup. I am a returning customer and they have earned a 5 star rating.”
