Infinite yarns is a genuine haven for all your fiber needs. Anne is extremely helpful and the place itself is so cozy! It's a great environment for those who are learning, experts, and anywhere in between. I also recommend her classes held after hours. Everyone is inviting and more than happy to help.

I have learnt a lot from Anne and yes there is not a mistake in any pattern she can’t and won’t fix. Always willing to help no matter how often you would need the help. ☀️

Website stinks! Click one time, on one item to check it out, and it locked me out, and put a 3 minute timer! Really? Clicked on one item one time!

I normally don't write reviews ever but I felt like I had to because the bad review from the lady saying "the owner is snobbish and not nice to newcomers" couldn't be more false. I just went in there for the first time and I know nothing about types of yarn and knitting/crocheting and the owner was so nice and explained everything to me. She was super welcoming and extremely kind and understanding. This place doesn't deserve a single bad review!

Just found this wonderful store. Amazing array of yarns and books and patterns. The owner is a very nice woman her name is Ann. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly atmosphere. This is my new favorite place to buy high quality yarn and get help when needed.

The shop is lovely. Excellent selection of yarns. Friendly atmosphere for shopping, knitting and visiting. Anne is a genius in her field. No misstep seems beyond her ability to correct; which she does with warmth, patience and good humor. Delightful!.

How this Infinite Yarns place gets the ratings it has here is beyond me. The owner is brusque and snobbish and will only help you if your in her clique. Why I returned this often is because I haven't learned my lesson, hoping she would have some redeeming quality and stop this "you are not worthy of being in my presence" behavior. Don't believe me? Join any knitting group on Facebook and ask. I visit my family near here often and that makes it so convenient and that's where I get sad and upset. Why can't she just be nicer to everyone, newcomers? Here are some reviews I read that confirm I am not the only one in FB knitting groups that have felt attacke: . Why do I go into that knitting shop? Ugh. I need to find another. She drives me nuts!! It's not worth it. Really. You can if you wish. My friends and I stopped in and became victims to the abuse. I am new to knitting. Her snobbery seems to stem from cliques. Meaning she only has time for you IF you're part of her group. New to knitting here and asked her about signing up for a class which cost about $60. You'd think she'd be happy to have a new student. She told me how she didn't have the time, if I come Thursday's, she has others there, and wouldn't have the time to really sit with me. WTH? They are closed Mondays, and I forget about the issues with other nights. Thursday's best for me. Ugghhhh. I wish there was a place closer, or just someone else nicer. I may post in Farmingdale Bulletin Board group and ask if anyone has suggestions.
