The staff working here are always kind and more than happy to answer my questions about how to ship items to ensure they arrive properly and promptly. I now purposely avoid other less desirable post offices near my home to go to this one instead!”

many people see the old USPS building when they arrive to this location but they don’t seem to know about the main concourse underneath the egg and Albany center! The USPS office is open to the public, I personally went there today.
You may see a photo of a brick rectangle area in the reviews, those are stairs to the concourse.
Elevator is through any building around the egg. They all have access to the underground Concourse.”

“Post offices usually get a bad rap and I too have had troubles in the past but the two women at this branch were friendly, helpful, and fast. I was picking up an international parcel as well which is notoriously difficult to handle. Credit where credit is due.”
