I had been using this shop for years. They were great and always accommodating. I was a good customer, tipped well and even referred a few friends to the shop.I am disappointed to say that I had a horrible experience with one of the owners (Derek) from the shop recently. My car battery died. I asked if they could come give me a jump (I would pay of course). I live just a few blocks away. I called at 8am. Derek seemed stressed and rushed. I said it was no hurry; I asked if he could get to it today. He told me to call back at noon, which I did. He still seemed stressed and rudely rushed me off the phone. He said he was not able to help me "I have to go, have a nice day." He then hung up on me. Not a good way to do business. I called Matt's One Stop and had my car jumped within 10 minutes of the call, for $35.00. I will never go back to C and D. I write this because I do not believe that if I were still married and my ex Husband made the call, that he would have been treated this way. Do better...

Their "can do" attitude is the main reason I gave them a try. Derrick and his crew passed with flying colors. I will return for service in the future!

Derrick , and crew did an amazing job with my caddy Escalade. They diagnosed the problem as it was two fuel injectors that had gone bad. They replaced those but then I had a issue with catalytic converter. He was in contact during the process explaining to me that a converter was a little expensive and was willing to work with me on price. They got too the car very quickly and apologized for any inconvenience that arose like the sudden converter problem. Some on here I don’t think realize small businesses overhead is higher therefore resulting in slightly higher prices. But for me I’d rather support small local businesses that stand by their work as cnd automotive did. Would recommend to others . Thanks Derrick.

disrespectful owner, over charged me for work that he never did. Took full advantage of my new used car situation. MY car was was brought back me even worse than I brought it in to him. Engine light remains on. He screamed at and threatened me.

In my opinion, the golden rule is never go to a gas station for anything other than gas. After what was possibly the most expensive oil change I've ever received, my check engine light comes on. Okay, nbd. Then my oil pressure lamp. Not good. I immediately pull over to find my entire engine covered in oil and leaking from god knows where. I had to have the car towed ($200 later) back to the shop overnight after explaining that my car was regurgitating oil and at risk of engine seizure a mere few days after my oil change. Giving them the benefit of a doubt, that they would do the right thing and repair what they broke (we will get to that) and pick up my towing tab as it was possibly the result of negligence, I remained calm and hoped to have all resolved the next day. Well when the phone call came that they were doing to need to charge another whopping amount for repairs that they weren't even convinced would solve the problem I immediately knew to get my car out of there. Fast forward to the dealership where they washed my oil-soaked engine (fire hazard) and then quickly diagnosed the issue: a cracked housing on my oil filter which is the result of over-tightening. I am now out almost $1500 for what should have been a simple oil change. Never an apology, let alone admitting they may have made a mistake. Remember my golden rule.

Very honest and the only place around that will offer you a ride home if you need your oil changed or anything else done on your car. Willing to work with you if you have a big job that needs to be done. Friendly & knowledgeable.
