IF YOU ARE SENDING A PACKAGE, PLEASE AVOID. I've been here many times for my business and half of the time there is a careless worker who tosses my package to the pile right next to him instead of just bending down. It sucks because i ship fragile things. Go to this one they are much better trust me: 152 US-202 10540 (See image)

Prompt attention to delivery problem by super Supervisor and delivery route carrier, Mr. Z.B. Occasional problem caused by similar address on their large route. Patient and professional response and thankful for follow up call to confirm package was found and delivered.

Horrible service. Delivery is questionable as tracking is inaccurate as packages seem to disappear. I will leave town to find better service for sending packages. Calling for inquiries is useless, they haven’t got a clue.

Had awful service! Got there at 9 sharp so I could be the first in line. Ended up being the third in line with 2 tellers working. As soon as it was my turn to go up, the teller mumbles something under her breath and walks away. I’m still standing at her window waiting for her return while the other teller continues to help people. 10 minutes later she still hasn’t returned and the other teller says he’ll take me next. Once there, he is upset that I haven’t written the address on the box yet, because there was nothing to write with by the labels ( is this no longer standard?) All in all I left 30 mins later and I was just saddened by my experience!

Horrible.... The post master which is the Manager doesn’t know what the hell she is doing. I don’t even understand how the USPS survives as a company. Customer service is the worst of the worst ... one day the USPS will fade away. Horrible company.

The carrier jams things in my box, even if they do not fit. I've had packages damaged more than once and received neighbors' mail repeatedly.

Since the 2018 federal shutdown, I have only received bulk junk mail. Packages people tell me they've sent between Boston and Westchester County in NY are over 10 days late. Anyone else out there experiencing this? I can't find anything in writing but the mail delivery in our condo cul de sac takes just a few minutes these days vs the usual 15 minutes or so it has in the past. Horrible service. They seem to deliver my bills just fine, but packages are a different story. I’ve had boxes crammed into my mailbox that were difficult to take out. Multiple packages have been ripped or punctured because of this. Most recently, and the reason for this review, I opted to have my recent package delivered to my neighbor because it was an extremely important, expensive birthday gift that I didn’t want my significant other to see, and low and behold - he brought it inside from our front porch saying “Oh my god... you got me the —— for my birthday??” His birthday is next week and this was supposed to be a big surprise. I’m livid. I have tried to call and speak to someone but the wait time every time I call is expected to be 40-50 minutes.

Staff is great. Absolutely understaffed. If you arrive early (e.g. opening) expect very proficient and kind staff quickly. If you don't, expect to wait 5-30 minutes to see same staff. Most locals will try to mail out of other post offices if it requires service over the counter for this reason. Waited for 25 minutes to get to the counter to get a postpaid package scanned in today. Nothing against the local staff, but said staffing is ridiculous given the location.
