This UPS store is my first choice to take care of my shipping needs. They are professional, attentive and I always experience a positive experience. They are knowledgeable and always give me options or provide additional information as needed. It is out of my way at times but I prefer to do business at this location.

Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I had to wait for a re-routed UPS delivery to be delivered there, their online hours stated they were open Sundays but they are not open on Sundays. Monday was Labor Day so again, not open. Package was not delivered to them on Saturday OR Sunday (because they are in fact NOT open) and package was not available for pick up in Tuesday either because UPS has not delivered it yet. Additionally, they wanted to charge me $3 to print a label for shipping. Just fully disappointed, frustrated and wish customer service could be a thing again.

The UPS Store in Somers are among the best. They take care of you and know you by name. They bring a sense of friendliness and community to their atmosphere. They are always there to help no matter what.
