“Those that are giving bad reviews to Anthony and the Croton Falls Post Office need a reality check. I guess you people in the 'burbs need a lot of hand holding. Go to NYC or even Yonkers post office and see what really poor service is about. People who think they shouldn't have to wait in line, need no appointment for a passport , cheat on the weight of the items they use a pre-paid label with or become consumed with someone's soup order need psychiatric care. Most of us hard working individuals have more to do with our time and value someone who is proficient, efficient and in my case open the PO on time!!! Get a grip people. Anthony is exceptional, conscientious and cares about his job. Need to clone this guy!!!”

Kisco store pick up my items and then package and subsequently, ship them to me. One of the items was a 15 inch tall porcelain figure that was very valuable. These folks went above and beyond wrapping and then re-enforcing that wrapping with bubble wrap the figurine. Everything arrived today in pristine order. Thank you for caring about what you do!”

“I absolutely love this post office. Is the line long at times? Yes. Can the service seem slow (only one register open with lobby full of 10 patrons) at times? Of course. Let me tell you the staff makes these mishaps seem like nothing to complain about. Julie( who has retired now for about 2 yrs.), Theresan, Dan and even the new gentleman are all so kind and sociable. When I walked in there about a month after having my baby Thersean said "wait a minute I haven't seen you in a while". What a great feeling. Love love love the staff.”
