“Those that are giving bad reviews to Anthony and the Croton Falls Post Office need a reality check. I guess you people in the 'burbs need a lot of hand holding. Go to NYC or even Yonkers post office and see what really poor service is about. People who think they shouldn't have to wait in line, need no appointment for a passport , cheat on the weight of the items they use a pre-paid label with or become consumed with someone's soup order need psychiatric care. Most of us hard working individuals have more to do with our time and value someone who is proficient, efficient and in my case open the PO on time!!! Get a grip people. Anthony is exceptional, conscientious and cares about his job. Need to clone this guy!!!”
“I frequent this post office for all of my business needs, and I have to compliment the staff (especially Doug) as they’ve always been very helpful and kind. I’ve been to many other post offices where the staff couldn’t care less about assisting you, but that’s not the case here. I’m very happy with the service provided!”

“Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!”

“This post office service staff is heads and heels beyond friendly and helpful, I got my kids passports done here, and I had anxiety when I didn't have everything needed, they were understanding and still took photos I ran home and grabbed the required documents and they took my applications. Always friendly when I come in to drop off packages. Totally not the case for other usps locations in the region.”

“Honestly no idea why this place has such a low rating. Been living in Ossining for about seven years now and I wouldn’t trade this postal office for any other one. Always a positive attitude and will to help! Every time I go in there they are always smiling and ready to help. You know dmv offices and pretty much any gov office is filled with snotty not wanting to work people but these people are good hard working people that always do their job with a smile and what more can you ask for. Ok bye”
“The employees are always helpful, they know their customers by name, they have mailing supplies & forms readily available and are patient in answering all our many (& I'm sure repetitive) questions.
The delivery vehicles sent out from Carmel are, weather permitting, always punctual with their delivery routes; I know when post will be delivered and I can plan around that if needed, and the drivers are kind enough to deliver some packages to the door!
When i send packages from Carmel post office, they arrive at their location usually before the expected delivery date. 100% pleased with neighborly and professional demeanor of staff. Thank you for all you do day in and day out!”

Over the years, there have been several very very nice employees who are most helpful, and respectful.However, the was a change in Postmaster general in recent years.Much to my chagrin, there have been NUMEROUS TIMES THAT I myself, (n I've heard from others), that he is significantly rude to some of his customers. That should not be the case, but it's best just to ignore unpleasant people n there actions. (as long as they're not harmful).”
