I showed him a picture of a Fender Vintera II in Lake Placid Blue, and he offered me about 15% more than 4 other shops! “I stumbled on "Accent on Music" by chance, I was looking for a record store. Something in the description made think they sold records. After I realized it was a Hi-Fi audio store I decide to go in and browse. Well I ended up participating in a mini -listening session with Bill test driving the new Rega Aya. I was so impressed by the speaker, I asked to reserve a listening session in which I could bring my own albums to hear through the speakers. After I decided on getting the speakers. On the day of delivery I had a very engaged conversation with Alma where spent about a half-hour discussing Joni Mitchell, luxury watches, weather, and scones. Beyond being great company, they really know sonics and how to customize the sound to your liking. I was so excited about the speakers that I accidentally flubbed Alma's name when I was leaving. I think I called her a version of the speakers and her name combined. I look forward to building a system with you in the future. You truly embody the title "Accent on Music.”

“Charles and Juan were absolutely awesome helping me set up my new phone and transfer all of my data as well as trouble shooting and RESOLVING my daughter's technical phone issues. We had spent well over an hour on the phone with T-mobile this week with very little success. When you call it's scripted and hard to understand people who don't really know how to trouble shoot issues. This in store visit at the JV Mall was the most productive and best in store experience with TMobile ever as the last visit there was chaotic and poor. Hope T-Mobile keeps improving their talent by hiring knowledgeable, professional personnel who are very helpful team players like Charles and Juan! I was grateful for their problem solving skills!!”
“I find that Target stores and my experiences in each one can vary greatly from location to location. In a way this can be a positive thing - it makes going to a new location fun and exciting, like an adventure. I’m curious what this particular location might have that others do not. On the other hand , the difference can be too severe. There are times when a store has been under stocked, and dirty - as if it’s been neglected and rundown. Luckily this is not the case at Mt. Kisco. The store is well stocked, clean, fully staffed and pleasant to shop in. 5 stars all around!”

“Typical Target. I found what I needed, lines were not too long and prices are always good. I like the convenience of being able to do my groceries next door and paper goods, snacks and beverages at Target. As well as the home items. This was my first time and I will return.”
“I first want to thank the gentlemen at the geek squad counter, wonderful, polite not treating us like "tech- nerds'. We have purchased our last three computers here with the tech squad coverage . My computer got hacked, I could not get it to turn off just this annoying voice kept saying " for security my computer was locked. " I called the alleged Microsoft security number that kept flashing on the screen. The man who answered never identified himself as Microsoft, and his questions had nothing to do with my computer. I hung up called again and the same man answered, my husband realized - we'd been hacked. We could not turn off the computer, raced to Best Buy. We had no appointment, they took us anyway. The gentleman had it cleared up and ran the diagnostic to double check the system. He explained to us what to do if it ever happens again. They were very nice. This is why we buy our computers here and have their tech coverage. We then went to look at TV's, the gentleman in this department explained all the different features now available. He told us how to properly measure so the TV fits properly inside the cabinet. The TV in the family room we purchased here and had Best Buy install it, not one problem . My husband has some high end stereo equipment, the installers made it all work perfectly ,no complaints from him. They took their time to show us how to use it and access the different features. Thank you all again!”
