Most unprofessional careless pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Don’t even bother calling the pharmacy because no one will answer, not even being on hold with two phones will get you connected, or the 1 hour hold on a house phone, even if the front desk connects you and proceeds to tell you how many people are back there (6 by the way idk why they would tell me that you’re just telling me they’re ignoring the calls on purpose) . God forbid your elderly love one needed their heart medication or something important that they can’t access through the stupid app. Do better CVS this is about peoples health, and it’s clear I’m not the only one after seeing other reviews.

I just love it. Once you get the hang of self check-out and learn the location of everything (the big signs everywhere certainly make it even easier) one cannot help appreciating how quick, easy and comfortable shopping is a the local CVS. Plus when you need help, the people are so friendly and are very happy to assist.

My husband and I have our non-mail order Rx sent here and have not had an issue with medications being filled. When one medication was out of stock they called and suggested a different way for the doc to write the dosing so it could be filled (two 5mg tabs instead of one 10mg). It worked and meant we got our meds the same day. I would love to give 5-stars, but the line to collect a Rx is seventh-ring-of-hell experience. I am on immune suppressants, and even though I mask in line, I am constantly surrounded by sick people coughing and hacking, waiting for their Rx. Not blaming the sick people, this is where sick people need to go! My issue is with the chronic understaffing. They will have one person on register at peak hours. The line can be 15-20 people long. I shouldn't have to risk getting sick, waiting in line for 30 minutes for my medication. I've tried going early morning, midday, just before closing, weekdays and weekends, and the line is always terrible.

Went here in November to get my scheduled Shingris shot. I had a cold and administrator said I should reschedule. I rescheduled for today but got an email this morning saying I was cancelled. It turns out they have me documented as getting the first shingles shot during my November visit that was cancelled. I DID NOT GET THE SHOT THAT DAY. Nobody was helpful to me. They said I had to call my insurance and figure it out. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE BUT NOW IT IS MY PROBLEM TO SOLVE. Awful. They did bill my insurance AND GOT PAID for an shot that never happened. I have been on the phone for over 3 hours today trying to rectify THEIR created problem. So, apparently I now work for CVS as I have to check myself out every time I buy something. Awful place to do business. Under staffed and under qualified..

Twice now we've been sent across the street to the local pharmacy for a prescription due to CVS vendor issues. This last time no one even bothered to notify me and the phone line was impossible to get through. I think we're done with CVS as a pharmacy. Just close the pharmacy and call it what it is - a well stocked convenience store.

Pharmacy phone completely offline, which I can validly confirm as I am in tech. Completely a liability, you’re handling peoples medications which manage our lives. This pharmacy has issues as it is answering phone calls and now this… very poor management practices.

They don’t know how to answer the phone, like other comments 30 mins later and no one answered. After getting a front manager to the back, the male tech snapped when I asked why they aren’t answering the phones and I work in tech so I know they’re ignoring callers. Hung up in my face

The pharmacy used to pick up the phone to answer questions one cannot answer on the CVS app. Now the hold times have been 40 minutes plus the past two days and they never picked up the phone, I had to hang up. Now I have to physically go to the store to figure out what’s going on with the prescription. Also, the scheduling for vaccines has been getting worse over the past two years. I think CVS is chronically short staffed but n purpose. The wait time for a scheduled vaccine is long even when no one else is there. There’s no staff?

Worst pharmacy service. Been using them since last year and it’s problems every single time. There’s one pharmacist Barbara who Knows what’s going on. Everyone else is clueless . One female pharmacy tech is always super rude. They can never get it right. If you call be ready to be on hold for an hour.

This isn't against staff but management, completely understaffed. My son even applied for a job in June and no one called him back after asking for an interview. I called and got the run around. Hire help people
