They were very helpful and kind to me! I had a difficult situation taking over my parents bills after my dad passed and their insurance had been cancelled but they swiftly helped me to get it reinstated and were just lovely in the process. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of City Building Owners Insurance for many years now - 15 or 20 - and I have always been pleased with the customer service their agents provide. When I need some documentation, I receive it quickly. When a policy on one of my several properties needs renewing, they get me the best possible rates, and the renewal is processed quickly. I highly recommend the company!

I am always happy when dealing with my Traveller's agent, Diana. She takes the time and has the patience to explain everything to me from my prior jewelry insurance to my 2001 old klunker car insurance to my brand new 2022 car insurance to my homeowner's insurance to my renter's insurance and now to my co-op owner's insurance! Yes, I've been with her through all of those items and all of those years and I recommend her highly!

I called City Building Owners Insurance because it was highly recommended to me by my best friend who has been their client for years. I spoke to Angela Syc, Stu's assistant. Angela is very knowledgeable, attentive, and scrupulous. She went well beyond what was asked of her to help me. I was in tears when I called because I needed to solve a sudden predicament with my mortgage company regarding the refinancing process, which was strangely intertwined with my existing home insurance plan. Not only she calmed me down and was able to sort through my problem- she actually solved it for me because she understood where the error was when nobody else had - but afterwards combed through my insurance plan with me to help me identify its weaknesses and prepare a list of questions for my insurance agent so that I could strengthen the product I was paying for. I couldn't have asked for better assistance and for a more compassionate person at a time I needed it the most. Thank you Angela! You are the best! Thank you CBOI!!!
