“Felicia went way above and beyond my expectations and I am super grateful for her dedication to her job and amazing customer service. My wife and I recently sold a camper to someone from out of town and needed the funds verified from the buyers bank. Due to the buyer getting to our house late my wife got to Solvay Bank Baldwinsville late with the check we needed to have verified. Felicia not only stayed late to make sure we were taken care of but was transferred to 9 different departments before getting a competent person at the buyers bank to finally verify the funds. I apologize that we put you in that situation but extremely grateful for your perseverance and making sure we weren't out a large sum of money. Felicia you are awesome!!!! Much appreciated!!”

“For those of you that need to do your banking on the run, this is the M&T drive through to stop at especially if you are zipping through the downtown elevated interchange. It is close enough to an exit and entrance to either direction on I81 or I690. It is primarily a motor banking port having two motor banking windows with live tellers during regular banking hours. You can park and go to the inside counter, but I never have gone inside. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. What I like best about driving through here is that they never go to next day business while open. There is also a 24 hour drive up ATM.”

“Joe Annorino, Branch Manager, was very helpful when I opened up a new checking account out of an abundance of caution due to identity theft. He helped explain the checking products, figure out what worked best for me, and then made sure my autopay was set up properly to come out of the new account.
All in all, during a stressful and uncertain time, he was supportive and quick to assist me. I've always had pleasant experiences at this branch. Thank you Joe and staff!”
