“I’ve never taken my cars anywhere else. The owner has given so much care and attention to any issue when I bring in my vehicle. I can call and have an appointment scheduled right away. Also if there’s anything the mechanic finds in addition to my original concern he gives me a call to explain what the expenses are and asks for the “okay” ahead of time before he starts work so there’s no surprise costs. If something is under a warranty he’ll tell me to go to the dealership instead of just taking my money. As a woman I’ve never felt like the shop was playing on my ignorance to cars. Very nice and honest hardworking owners!”
