The worst. Meaghan is rudeee!!!!!!!!! Never want to experience her or someone like her again EVER!!! Also they are a credit building company when you go through your job for a loan! If you come in and if they don’t want you they simply won’t! They don’t bother to call your references or look up and if the info needed for them to approve you! Then meaghan is very sarcastic in situations that’s not meant to be.I’ll stick with empower!!!

The new website was supposed to be available over an hour ago. There is nothing on the web page saying that it is still not available because. The link on the page for the mobile app is for the wrong app. It doesn't tell you not to download the app until the new website is available because you wont get the correct app until new web site is available. I ididn't want to call about logging in, but nothing on the website says has changed to say the new website has been delayed.

They would be a great bank if they didn't keep changing their online service and leaving people without access during the changing over process. They have been my primary bank for year and they have changed their online banking for their credit cards and it was unavailable for over a month, huge inconvenience. They have also done it with their regular online banking and it was well over two days that it was unavailable. If they really wanted to be a great organization they would make these transitions seamless, with 0 downtime, or at most an hour. Had to call them and still have to wait another 24 hours to get access to their new website.

I have been with this bank for 6 years. I have had my card number stolen twice and both times the bank was on top of it. Nothing slips by this bank and their customer service in incredible. Despite the fact that i have several banks within 5 minutes from me and it takes an hour to get to this one I will never switch. They are amazing.
