If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been having issues getting my mail delivered for the last 2 years. This past 6 months has been the worst. Packages left in the driveway or on the ground next to the mail box. And then when I change my apartment number they tell me it doesn’t exist but people have lived there for years. But then continue to “sometimes” deliver my mail with the new address or a corrected one. Makes no sense.

4:03 pm Delivery attempted, but business was closed. Really.... You close at 5. Guess it will be late.. Sure Post needs to go. UPS to USPS for delivery is a fail.

For some reason they refuse to deliver my mail, was told my box was full but its been empty for 3 weeks! Are they planning on paying the late fees for bills that I'm waiting for?

Lazy and unprofessional. Just after moving to town wife goes to the post office to find out that our mail (with no notice given to us) is on hold until we move the mailbox from the front of the house to the road. When I go and ask why I'm told that after 60 plus years it is a safety hazard and when I ask what that hazard is I'm told its not my concern by the post master. So basically we are being strong-armed by the Sodus post office to make their job easier. Neither snow nor rain nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds but having to get out of your vehicle and walk will.

I wanted to buy a money order for 300$ and cash it at the post office. They said they didn't have the cash to do this How ridiculous I thoughtpart of being a post office was cashing money orders! What a joke.
