Best experience buying a car I have ever had! Friendly and efficient staffing the people here are absolutely the best! Also, as a DMV employee I can vouch for both sides of this establishment and say that they are not only great with their customers but also the DMV staff that they work with.

Highly recommend
This is our 2nd vehicle with Ryan. Amazing staff members and made things so easy. We went in on a Saturday was greated by Ryan and Chris. We test drove the vehicle I was eying down prior to going. Chris ran our info and was told to come back Monday to meet with Sam. With Sam and Chris's hard work we drove off that day with the vehicle I had in mind.
We will not go anywhere else for business. We love our 2020 Nissan Rogue

I went to Ryan Phelps to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I got there the staff greeted me and asked if I would like to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. As soon as I took it for a drive I could tell that they checked their vehicles and they did any necessary repairs and updates needed. They have a repair shop at this location. The entire Staff was very professional and very friendly. The owner and Sales people are very knowledgeable and very educated in financing. Sammantha the sales person made the entire purchase stress free and she handled everything. I was sitting nice and comfy in her office while she handled the entire financing deal with the Lenders. I met Ryan the owner he is the nicest guy. Ryan came into Sales office and introduced himself, then he offered me water and Chocolates. I was very impressed with the way the sale was handled. I drove off with my new Jeep the same day. If your looking for a new vehicle and want the best Sales people and the best Car prices I would highly recommend Ryan Phelps Auto Sales.

If I could recommend purchasing a vehicle here twice I would!! If your anything like me, you would thing these reviews are not real, but they really lived up to the reviews they have!, I worked with Sam, she went Above and beyond to help me, and it was easy talking to her and honestly everybody there. This not the normal/formal/fake want to help for commissions, car dealership like I been to numerous times, they are genuine and very nice and I knew once I talked to them, this was the place I was buying a car from! Highly-highly recommended!!!

Ryan Phelps started small and has turned his business into 3 dealerships. Sodus, Auburn and Phoenix all with quality cars!

Hi my name is Lynn Steingraber. I am responding to the previous review. Yes the car dealer does give false info. We bought a car that has all after market parts in them. The car had many issues within the 30 days and the car dealer DID NOT fix the issue, I used my warrenty to fix the issue. They gave us an unsafe vehicle that was missing a drive shift. Also we tried numerous times to talk to the owner which we called ALL locations. No call back, no concern until reviews on their website came in. We also have a complaint in to BBB, as well. ALL car dealerships we encountered on yes we had issues because all the car dealers don't car about how much you can afford, or what color you are, or your current situation is. They will sell you anything, unlike this unsafe vehicle, that was supposed to be inspected when purchased but because they sold the car it's not their problem no more. So the question here is what quality and the concern of a recent customers business is being considered to be a right one?
