Called ahead to make sure appointment was set up with details with our service contact. Took me in on time. Good communications with what was going on with our vehicle. When it came to check out it was tough. Didn’t get my contract details so left only to get a call that I owed money. Then realized we were incorrectly charged for an inspection so that needed to be credited. The women were so nice but there was a young girl apparently just learning who needed more guidance. First visit there.

Worst place to bring your vehicle! Brought my car in for air bag recall, ABS light was on when they brought it out, it had a check engine light on and the air bag light was on. When I told them that they were not on before they proceeded to argue with me.Talk to owner showed I was knowledgeable about cars, and caught service provider in a lie, owner threatened either we look at it again and if can't fix it you leave hating me or you leave hating me and never come back. Never fix anything still lied saying the lights were on.DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE EVEN FOR A RECALL THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.......Ok too bad you can't comment back so I'll just edit. The 200-400 was for the abs didn't argue that, yes that light was on, not the check engine or the air bag light! It was a Recall so the consumer is not supposed to pay. Nor should i leave with more problems. Also no your right when you TRIED to get me to pay you to fix the issue I said NO I will take it to my mechanic....which you also tried blaming him saying he reset the system

I would like to thank the entire service department for making my experience with my truck getting detailed. The team did a great job and accommodated me with my schedule and helped with transportation. The truck looks brand new, I have always been treated great there . I would strongly recommend Peake.

Service is good but the hourly rate is absolutely ridiculous ?. There's no reason for the rate to be that high. I understand that the prices of everything are going up but not to the degree of yours. As a result of your rates I decided to take 3 of the jobs that I needed or wanted to be done to another shop and will not return to your shop except for oil changes as long as you continue to have the programs you have offered in the past. In addition to the comments I have shared with you I will take into consideration for where I buy future vehicles. Just the fact that you charged me $179.00 plus the other charges and tax of course ( thank you NY) to look over my pickup before the $3000.00 extended warranty expiration was ridiculous when I bought it there and only used a it for a small repair that I had to subsidize $100.00 to have a USED steering box put in. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. My very first car came from here and it drove like a dream. Never had any mechanical issues the 5 years I had thar car. My recent purchase this month was a Jeep Liberty. While it did leave the lot with issues they did take it back in to be serviced and corrected for absolutely free. They loaned me a rental car for free while my jeep was being fixed so I really appreciate their customer service. Hoping this Jeep serves me well, thank you Peake

This is going to be quite the review. I went to this place for an ABS light and airbag light. They told me that the front right wheel hub and bearing assembly will have to be replaced and the driver seat would have to be removed, and the wiring harness will have to be completely replaced for the airbag light. They quoted the price at $600.00 and $700.00 if they have to replace the wheel speed sensor. They already charged me $200.00 just to get the info they gave me. That was for connecting their computer up. $190.00+tax. I did this to prove to my wife that they claim more work than needs to be done and charge you more money than you need to pay. I actually paid them $200 just to prove something to my wife. I came home. I bought a computer from Amazon that would give me all of the codes that I need to understand what needs to be done. I paid $170 for the launch. The Launch gave me ABS, SRS, and check engine light codes. I bought the wheel hub assembly from Amazon for $53.00 dollars and installed it myself. I then went under the driver's seat. Found the connection to the airbag light, unplugged it, cleaned the connection, and plugged it back in. Light went away, never came back on. Now, I'm not going to claim the $170 for the computer as part of the bill, but you can if you want to. The total cost for that repair was $53.00. Now, I can't be 100% positive. But I am pretty confident that they would probably have replaced the wheel sensor as well. Now I had the exact same ABS light on my truck the next day. I connected the launch and got the codes and replaced the wheel speed sensor that cost me $17. At Amazon! I know that not everybody can repair their own cars. The moral of this story is get the information before you go to the mechanic, and the job will get done much cheaper. And try to stay away from the dealerships for repairs. They will burn you every time. I hope this helped someone.

I decided to go to Peake for a warranty repair after having dismal success with the dealership where I bought my vehicle. My local dealership, Marina, told me the part was on back order, and sat on my truck for two days ( still haven’t contacted me after 3 weeks!). Peake service contacted me to apologize after one day because my truck wasn’t ready. They were super nice, efficient, and the communication was excellent. They have me as a new customer

I purchased a dodge grandcaravan gt at another dealership wad having issues with it other dealer where purchased kinda blew me off.I called the service department at Peak and explained my issues the immediately got me in checked issues and repaired my van I was and still very impressed with the service team at peak they are friendly caring and very thorough. I would recommend this dealer for any need weather u need repair or to purchase. After my experience my vehicles will definitely be bought at Peak.
