Many years ago, I was a big fan of Official's Wearhouse and recommended them highly. Unfortunately, they have changed to lower quality items over the years and have increased prices. I recently had an issue with a lower quality item that basically fell apart. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they told me "The item has served its purpose" and that I should buy a new one. buyer beware.

I ordered 2 number plates and 2 letter plates to sew on the back of my jerseys. These items need to be custom sewn, which takes a considerably longer time to ship than regular products because of the time needed to make them. I had an event scheduled very close to the time of ordering, and I needed to make sure they would arrive on time, so I called the Officials Wearhouse customer service phone number. I spoke with Josh Peterson, and he jumped into action to try and get my concern taken care of. He reached out to the seamstress, likely asked her to expedite, and they got it done and shipped out to me (with free upgraded shipping) within 12 hours of me placing my phone call. I can't say I've had a much better experience after calling a customer service phone number, because I haven't. It's one thing to have good products for sale, but its another thing to go above and beyond to assist customers, and that's what I experienced.
