Rude!! I tried to cash a check here. They treated me as if i stole the check. Seemed racist rude and very ignorant!! Don't recommend this location at all! The way i was treated was so unnecessary. Will be taken this complaint further

Do NOT use M&T Bank!!! My 97 year old WWII veteran father has been a loyal customer for decades. His bank card was recently stolen and the thief took $20K!!! No M&T claims that they won't replace the $ because every transaction was considered "authorized" due to the fact that it used his debit card. M&T did NOTHING to secure his account and never shut it down when the system saw unauthorized transactions! Now my 96 yr old dad on a fixed income is out $20K! If he didn't have another account, he'd be on the streets!!! These people are the worst!!! Never use M&T Bank!

Opened up a business account months ago. Still receiving statements.Today it’s closed no answers.I’m in the positive. New tellers, understaffed and my money is in limboI look like a fool with my vendors.We as individuals close accounts in the positive with a signature at the branch. Went in the next day and the branch manager was accommodating and hopefully it gets back on line.We’ll they are not accommodating.Account is open and said they would over night a card.Called after hours and they said no card was issued to account. Told me to go back to branch to order card. The only thing I am doing is closing my account.Beware of customer support. Great job Zack on returning my 2 calls or for that matter even calling me back to let me know my account status.If your a business owner and can’t make auto pay or pay your vendors than what’s the use of this bank. By the way Zack is VP. Horrible service go to Key Bank or credit union. Ooh by the way they cancelled my account over a signature they missed. Lovely

The Snyder branch has been has done such a great job for our business over two decades. They always go the extra mile. Brenda, Jody, George, Synthia, Shefen are great assets to the bank, and great folks as well.

M&T Bank easily has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I called for help with my account and sat on held for 45 minutes before I hung up. It was horrible.

I went in to open a saving/checking account. I was greeted warmly by a teller and told to wait. I didn't wait long at all even though the branch was seemed very busy. The branch manager Christine walked me through the best option to fit my needs. She was warm and professional too. She answered all my questions and the process was painless! Thank you Christine and M&T!!!

Called this branch today to get in touch with a mortgage loan officer and Christine was so kind and friendly on the phone! Gave me all the information I needed about who would be calling me and when I might expect a call. I really appreciated her customer service!

This particular branch I've found that the customer service is very lacking. They treat their customers as though they're stupid. I don't appreciate how I've felt banking in this branch. I think M&T in general is a nice bank, and have luck at other branches. However, a few of their policies on things are unfavorable. Such as you cannot freeze your card, only cancel it. Also, depending on what time you call their customer service it can range from being completely unhelpful and actually more confusing, to being pretty alright.
