Jack and Serena were extremely helpful, and their assistance was crucial in bailing me out of a last minute, complex print job. Walgreens is lucky to have such hard working and courteous employees!

Taking Photos are absurdly overcharged. Photo quality is really poor, and zero effort is made to adjust the photo. The staff very is indifferent.

The pharmacy here is horrible. I've been using the pharmacy for 2 months now I'm getting my adderal scripts. Today I went to pick up my Am script because the doctor had increased that one. I was told I couldn't pick it up. I told them that I just wanted the am script. Not the p m script because I knew that wasn't ready for 2 more days. The pharmacist told me he was a temporary pharmacist. And because it wasn't his pharmacy he didn't feel comfortable giving me the script. They told me to come back in the morning and that the regular team of pharmacists would probably Fill the script for me. I told the pharmacist. I did not really understand why if it was actually a new script and a higher dose that the doctor wanted me to take in the a m why I would have to come back in the morning for that. The pharmacy just told me that because it was not his pharmacy. He did not feel comfortable giving me a higher dosage. I don't understand why the pharmacists could not reach out to my doctor to verify this information. And I don't understand why if I've been taking adderall. I've been slowly increasing my dosage, which they had been filling. Why this is suddenly an issue. If this had not been a controlled substance. I feel like I would have been giving my medication right away. I feel like I was treated like the common addict. Looking to get high off of my adderall. It's horrible to feel this way. It could have been handled so much differently. As a temporary pharmacist, if you didn't feel comfortable, you could have tried to get another pharmacist you could have called my doctor I mean this was ridiculous. I never got my medication. I have to go back in the morning. And I feel absolutely horrible, disgusted & shameful. Which I should not have to feel to just get medication. That actually helps me get through my day. I know this does not only happen to me. This happens to countless people that take ADHD medication and other control substances. Yes, there are people that abuse this medication, but it is not everyone and we should not have to feel like this. If a temporary pharmacist is at a location and they don't feel comfortable doing their job, get another pharmacist. I'm sorry you have one job. Do your job? I need my medication to help me get through the day. I'm not an addict trying to get high. disgusting. Do better walgreens! do better america.!

I went to Walgreens, as they are one of the few places left that let you copy photos from prints. Although the store is clean, bright and well stocked, it is hard to find people to help you. There was one person at the checkout and no one at photo or in the store to help. I saw 2 young guys that didn't know how to help make copies on the photo kiosks. They got one of the women on break that was extremely helpful to show me how to use the kiosk. She explained they do a wet process vs. A dry process from Snapfish or Shutterfly and was honest and told me the colors might be vibrant and not the same as the originals. She was right, sadly, they were not as clear or true in color as the originals. She asked me if I wanted to load it into a thumb drive, so I paid extra and will upload them to Shutterfly for the dry process. Walgreen's prices are much higher than CVS, Rite Aid, Target, Costco, and Stop & Shop. They also didn't have anything else I needed, so sadly, I will not be back.

The photo center here is very disorganized. Waited 45 minutes and dealt with at least four employees for the pickup of an online order... then they tell me they're out of the photo paper. Waste of time.

This is a clean and well stocked store. Unfortunately there are often not enough cashier's when it's busy so you could get stuck on line for a while. It would be nice if they had self checkout like CVS does. They have a lot of snacks, some food and plenty of drinks. Their greeting card selection is excellent. I would not say that their prices are good or better than anywhere else. I have had a Walgreen rewards or whatever they call it and have never received a discount. The pharmacy here is no better than CVS.

I waited 20 minutes before somebody came to help me to do a passport photo. The first girl who approached me said she was on break and would call somebody never did them a girl came over and told me I’d have to wait another 20 minutes before she could help me I will never coming back again… too many pharmacies around to offer this poor service. I can easily go somewhere else so I did.

What a terrible pharmacy. I just moved to the area with my partner. I work in the medical field, specifically working with insurance, so I try to help my partner with anything related to medical insurance, because it can be a little complicated sometimes, especially since this was the first time him or I had a prescription filled here. I was on hold for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Some woman from the pharmacy answered the phone and was so rude! I explained that I was calling for my partner and he was sitting right next to me. She nastily replied "I need to speak with him he's an adult." In reality I understand that is a HIPPAA violation to speak about peoples medical records to anyone but the patient...but say that! Also, how did she know he wasn't incapacitated at the moment and could not speak for himself? It's a pharmacy she should have more empathy. She then spoke to my partner, she wasted our time looking up his insurance details only to tell him "oh we are not contracted with your insurance company." Granted yes, that should've been verified before we requested the prescription be sent to that pharmacy. But she should've realized that right when we said what the insurance company is. It just makes me think of how they must treat other people in these situations, including elderly people on Medicare which can be so complex to understand even for people such as myself who are in the field. That woman has no business working in the medical field, they should make her pick up the garbage outside instead of answering the phone in the pharmacy since she is such trash at her job.

I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 10:20 AM for a flu shot. I filled out all the information online everything was ready to go. As I waited five minutes 10 minutes 15 minutes I was wondering when I was going to be taken, the pharmacist was giving shots to two or three gentlemen I saw her come out from behind the partition. I was the only one waiting there at that time now for a vaccination so I figured she was coming right back I waited another half an hour and still wasn't called. I couldn't speak to anyone because they were busy with other customers so I left. After calling three times to try to get through and being put on hold for 20 minutes I finally spoke to a young woman Who then told me that they were short staffed and running behind. I said I would have appreciated if you told me that and gave me the courtesy to decide whether I was able to wait or was I forgotten about. The lack of communication there is appalling and unfair to people waiting over half an hour for their appointment. I explained Ihad they told me I could have had some kind of window of time to wait or reschedule but they chose not to say anything nor did they seem to care won't be going back to them anymore! Lack of communication is one of the worst things for any business!

ATTENTION MUST READ!!!! First thing i wanna say is Anthony was my hero last night.I walked into Walgreens moments before they closed and moments before I injured myself, with my eyebrow bleeding and panicking. And from the moment I walked in the store this employee me Anthony helped me literally guided me through what I needed to get to fix my injury. I was panicking and frantic and so worried about my injury .Not only was he so kind but he truly made me feel that I was cared about treated me as if I was his own sister or his friend. Anthony went above and beyond his job. I compliment him via the night manager in persn and the day manager on the phone. But I just want everyone to know who looks at the reviews for Walgreens that there's a gentleman named Anthony in there who is one of the best employees I've ever counted .Anthony if you happen to see this thank you again. Also to the higher ups at Walgreens when you see this please give him the praise and the recognition that he deserves. Thank you for your time
