The worst Walgreens never have the meds ready always have to go back to get full prescription!!!! If it wasn't for my insurance company would never come to wallgreens!!!! Absolutely the worst Smithtown wallgreens!!!!!!!

Drove 35 minutes to get some “fun dip valentine” candy that my son wanted so he can give them out to his friends at school. It’s been hard to find these, every where I went , it was out of stock. Because these are hard to find I called ahead and asked if they had it because I’m 10 miles away. Teresa was very nice and helpful, she said they had them and it was $1.69 for a pack of 24. Awesome, got here and they didn’t have it. I asked an employee if there was another section of valentine candy and she said no. Then walked away, after I told her that I had called and asked and was told they had it before I came. Her name is TYNIA or something of that sort. Not very helpful at all. First she tried to tell me the candy was there but it was not the one I asked about. Then she said “well we don’t have it”. Not very customer friendly at all. I understand that it’s just a job for you but I drove 35 minutes to get something my son really wanted that I was assured you had it. I’m supposed to still love you and pray for you but sometimes it’s hard!!! But I will still pray for you.
Hopefully the next customer this happens to, you are more helpful and considerate. I know you don’t owe me anything but I also know that what you do to others, it will also be done to you. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Never have my meds ready despite Walgreens always calling to say it is ready. it is always an issue. They never fill the meds quickly, my doctor puts it in and it takes them hours. They are actually the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The drive through is the worst you wait 20+ min in the drive through.. isn’t it supposed to be easy having a drive theougu?. Going back to cvs!

Always have gotten my prescriptions from here. Great staff, hours, and selection of in store items. Always a good coupon or sale for members.

Holy smokes, that was a painful experience. Super sad too, this used to be a reliable and consistently good store and brand. The manager, whose name apparently no one knew was beyond rude and inappropriate. Exceptionally disappointed.
The district manager needs to clean house at this store.

Absolutely horrible!. The line inside most times is 6-8 people long. The drive up window is almost never open because they are short staffed. Not my problem!!, Hire more people!!!
Went there a few days ago (Friday) to pick up a prescription. I was told they only had 8 pills out of 135 and that I should come back tomorrow (Saturday). I did just that and was told after waiting on a long line that they did not get deliveries on weekends and to come back on Monday after noon 😩. So I came back on Monday after noon. Told the attendant my story. She said she didn’t want to hear it!! (Very rude!). I was told the delivery was late and that I would have to wait 30 minutes. I finally got my prescription! This store s poorly managed to say the least!! I would not use this Walgreen’s if I were you!!
Wonder if Walgreen’s management ever reads the reviews? Don’t think so!

Dont go here if you need the bathroom! Waiting on labcorp for blood. They tell you its broken and then everyone is using it that works there. Not ok!

pharmacy is consistently bad. first time they tried to get me to pay out of pocket because they "didnt take my insurance" - they just didnt know how to enter it in the system. now was told over the phone they would hold onto my meds, came in person and they said theyd need to order it. unreliable, dont send your meds here

Just got home from the hospital today with my wife and my newborn and needed to pick up some medication for my wife. The girl working at the Drive through Window was aloof and uninterested and forgot to give me one of my wife's medications so I needed to turn around and come back once I got home. She didn't acknowledge the mistake or apologize at all even though I had only seen her minutes earlier (I live relatively close). I'm not interested in doing business at a place with aloof and indifferent employees. Make sure you bring an itemized list of your medications if you choose this pharmacy and hold them to it. Otherwise youll be making a couple of trips.

This location has been getting consistently worse over the last year. A child could do a better job of answering the phone. You would think that a national chain would have training in place to deliver great customer service.Only one person at this location has been consistently polite and helpful, and that person is named Terry. So you should learn from Terry!!

I always receive calls and texts that my prescriptions ready for pick up. Upon showing up only half are ready and they tell me to come back 1/2 later. This almost seams to be the norm hence why I'm writing a negative review. I guess I'll give CVS a try

on New Year's Eve around 7:30 PM I had to run out get some beer. Got some cash for my wife went to Walgreens got the beer pleasant lady behind the register after ID and I said I do not have my wallet. I just ran out from the party I'm almost 60 by the way I have gray hair and I'm gray goatee, she said no so I went elsewhere with zero problem I won't be going back for any reason

Worst photo center ever! Whoever in charge of printing the photos put at least two other people’s photos in my order. So I have tons of strangers’ photo now. No need to mention waiting long time for service. Won’t consider this location any more.
