I went into a. Verizon store in Smithtown. A young man named Mo was an absolute delight. He was personable, knowledgeable and very patient. I wish all Verizon personnel were like him. A wonderful experience!!

Miserable staff!! A rude attitude when you don't know information about the latest technology. None of the staff wants to work there and it shows! Constantly will up sell, and if the staff opens an iPhone without knowing which model it is, they will charge you an extra $100. Stay away. Go to a place where the staff doesn't sit around and get annoyed when customers arrive.

Gagan was really helpful. I needed a new phone and had so much trouble at the verizon in hauppauge, i came to this location and everything was done in a matter of a half hour. The other place wasted my time for 6 hours. Gagan was awesome and knew what he was doing! For all phone needs or issues they will not disappoint!!! Thank you guys again for making the process flawless!

I would like to thank Sam from 74 E Main St. Smithtown. I got an upgrade and he was kind enough to explain the changes in the bill and the plan. I would like to recommend him to everyone who is either looking to buy a new phone or upgrade plans. He took his time to make sure all my stuff was transferred and even stayed later than his official hours.
