The staff was so helpful. I was sending a package to my son in Buffalo and couldn’t be sure if anyone would be home when the package arrived. I didn’t want the package to get wet or stolen while on the front porch. The associate who helped me explained that I could send to a UPS Store in Buffalo and suggested I call the Buffalo store to make sure that they would be able to receive the package and have my son pick it up for a small fee.

I was just in the ups in smithtown. The employee helping me was probably in a bad mood. I asked him to give me a price and I bought bubble wrap to ship something. I’m on a tight schedule working two jobs and I asked if I can wrap it there. He told me no. He can’t have me wrap it there. I don’t live close and now I can’t ship it today. I have to get to work. What does it take for someone to help someone ??? Why maybe because he didn’t like the way I look ?? It’s terrible.

This UPS store does business with a fraudulent mailbox holder. Box 398 scams people under "NY Corporate Services". They send letters to new business owners asking for $87.50 under the guise of being in compliance with NY State. The documents are made to look like official government papers.

It’s UPS this location is centrally located in Smithtown. And I find it to be a little faster service than other locations.

Great customer service! Store is very clean and the workers are always eager to help and are knowledgeable. I always come to this location to drop off my Amazon packages and there is never an issue!
