This Smithtown UPS location is a total win. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. There’s plenty of parking, which makes drop-offs and errands super convenient. They’ve got boxes for sale and a solid selection of other shipping essentials. I used them for my Amazon returns, and the process was smooth and fast. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in the area looking for reliable service with a smile.

The store I go to where I also have an ups box so I am in there at least four times a week. They are always well staffed , the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they are efficient, I think they are great .

I go to this store frequently. Each time that I go, I am more impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the people who work here. Yesterday, I went to return an Amazon purchase and found out that I had pressed the wrong button on my phone to do the return at a UPS store (I accidentally clicked on “Whole Foods return). When I couldn’t figure out how to correct this on my phone, the very nice young lady waiting on me did it for me. It took several minutes. It would have taken me hours. I am extremely grateful. Thank you!
