I want to share a great experience at ubreakifix at 53 Rt. 111 Smithtown, NY.
Diego did a great job figuring out what was wrong with my daughter’s phone screen, got it fixed in no time and being the phone back to work.
This is my first time at this location and the customer service was great.
Shout out to Diego for his professionalism, welcoming attitude and expertise on the iPhone stuff.
Totally recommend this place for any phone related repairs.

I stopped in yesterday with my broken Pixel 6 phone and the guy said I need a new LCD screen and glass but he didn't know which version of the Pixel 6 I had. I told him I was leaving on a trip in 3 days, he said "no problem". So I called T-Mobil and got the IMEI number and gave it to the guy. He claimed he ordered the parts and they'd be in a day or two. So today I stopped in to see if the parts arrive and I learned from a different guy that no one ordered any parts, so there's no way I'll have working phone on my trip.

Very happy w the service received. Nick was very helpful. Although he was not able to fix my phone, he recommended another place that can further assist. I was a little skeptical at first, because I read the reviews after dropping off the phone & I was unsure of what to expect, but Nick definitely was very helpful & professional. I would recommend this place for sure. Thank you Nick!!

Booked an appointment on the website to get my phone screen replaced under warranty - Google Pixel 8.
Arrive at my booked time to find the store has been closed since June 11th. See the permit sign.
No answer to phone calls, the store is locked and dark. Really unprofessional.
Asurion should really have updated the website so folks know not to book here. I had no idea it was closed when I booked and CONFIRMED my appointment.

Technician somehow made my laptop worse. The screen was damaged during my repair (which was for hinges), and the microphone no longer works. For cheaper repairs and more careful service, take your business literally anywhere else.

Complete waste of personal time.
ZFold5 screen replacement needed and approved after jumping through hoops with Samsung. Made an appointment and went to the store. I was told to come back again to see the "Samsung Guy" who turns out to be the manager Nick. Called the day of my appointment and was told Nick would come in at 12pm. Rearranged my schedule and showed up at 115pm. Nick tells me they are not taking in any Z Folds or Z Flips due to some type of issue on the store's end. So why couldn't the person I called at 11am this morning tell me that? I drove all the way here out of my way for no reason.
Get it together people!?
I ended up calling the Deer Park location.

Do Not Go To This Store
I had an absolutely awful experience at this store, and I strongly advise against visiting it. Here’s why:
1. Incompetent Staff: The store is run by kids who seem to have no clue how to handle computers or provide any semblance of customer service.
2. Nonexistent Management: There is no visible management presence. It’s impossible to get any assistance from a responsible adult, which is incredibly frustrating.
3. Poor Communication: After dropping off my computer for service, they completely ignored all my attempts to get in touch. They never answer the phone, leaving me stuck in voicemail hell.
4. Lack of Proper Procedures: They didn’t provide a receipt when I dropped off my computer, which is standard practice at any reputable service center.
5. Terrible Follow-Up: Despite sending 15 emails and making 7 phone calls over four days, I received no response. My computer is still missing, and no one has bothered to get back to me.
6. Unprofessional Office Team: When I finally got through to someone in the office, they admitted they don’t check emails. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
Overall, you’re better off going to a toy store for computer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

Stay away and be aware. Your bringing your computer to a place that is probably not a company store since Asurion took them over and is still a franchise. Communication is horrible you can drop of $3k laptop and have to chase them down to find out what's wrong with it or an update or anything. They don't even give you a receipt as well as never answer the phones or emails. Not a place I would recommend brining something of any value to except a popsicle stick

Something is wrong with the management of this location. It doesn't open until 11:00 AM which is already a problem but then no one answers the phone after the website says it should be open. I drove to the store and waited outside until 11:30 AM and it never opened. This was Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
I would recommend using the Pt Jefferson Station location.
