Recently took my Dodge to this shop to get serviced, and I must say everything from the communication, to the labor cost, and turnaround time for the car to be fixed was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable shop in the area. When you go be sure to ask for Anna or Donna their customer service was great.

DONT GO HERE! The business was sold to new owners recently and they do not want to honor the 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty that I was given on a brand new transmission that was installed on my car 13 months ago/10,000 miles later.Service: Transmission

DONT GO HERE based on older reviews. Those reviews were on the original owner of the business. The business was recently sold and the NEW owner will not honor the warranty I was given on a brand new transmission I purchased and had installed by them 13 months ago. The warranty was for 24 months/or 24,000 miles. It's been 13 months & I drove 10,000 miles since then. Great way to run your business. Community be aware! You don't see my name in your computer because my truck was brought in through a local service shop who sent Augi a lot of business. The invoice and warranty is under his business name and he has been dealing directly with your employees over the last 2 weeks regarding my truck. Apparently you don't want want to follow through on this job and back this warranty so now my truck is at another transmission shop. Which is why I am posting this review

Been using augie for years on all my cars. Rebuilt my 04 Escalade in 2 days last mo th and its running perfect. .Local shop with great guys who know their stuff. Prices below Competition. Highly recommend.When you go, ask for Fredo. ;)

Brought my car here to get some spark plugs and brakes replaced and also get my state inspection done. Very friendly staff. I waited inside while the work was done. This is not a BMW dealership with fancy coffee machines. It's grungy and without thrills but reminds me of my grandfather's garage. You'll see tons of car parts everywhere in the lobby, and you know what? I liked it. I felt like I was getting the authentic car repair experience. All in all, the car was serviced well and I was treated with excellent customer service.

This was my first time using this mechanic shop, and I'll only go here for now on. The price he said was the price I paid. Augie the owner kept me informed, was polite, and was a relief to work with.
