Ordered $2k worth of parts, promised they would arrived the day after and almost 3 days later still no sign of them. No ETA shown on the website, plus they stopped answering phone calls and never answered an email.

Unfortunately they are very disorganized. They have signs everywhere indicating a 3% discount for Cash payments, then get annoyed when they have to reprint the receipt to apply that credit. Should probably ask your customers their method of payment, before printing the bill.

Not a super professional approach here, also took over 3 hours for a routine maintenance visit. Last visit was also very lengthy. I may have to find another Toyota service location.

I wished I got the name of the rep on the phone, the man was extremely rude. I stated out by saying I am about to place an order online and would just like to confirm the part is in stock because I’m considering an in store pickup. His response “I don’t even know what you’re talking about. What’s the part number?” After giving him the part number he said we don’t have that in stock and they have nothing to do with online orders. Which makes no sense… the website says “need help?” And has their number displayed. He told me to cancel the transaction online and it will take 3 weeks to get the part.Their website says it can be delivered to me in 6 days. He told me that wasn’t accurate. The disconnect between their online store and parts department support is ridiculous. Glad I called before opening up this headache…

ordered online, it said in stock, so I placed the order with a confirmation number with email, i went there and this part guy unwilling to help, I told him, i dove 40 miles to here for pick up, I ended up canceling the order

I did a lot of shopping online to find a good price on a Toyota PT38935160 (RS3200+) Vehicle Intrusion Protection security system and found that Smithtown Toyota Parts has pretty good pricing and low shipping rates.I placed my order and it was shipped within 48 hours. Everything was a very positive experience until my Toyota Service Center tried to install it. The installation instructions were extremely confusing and jokingly I blamed it on the interpreter from japanese to english!During the frustrating installation, I decided to call Smithtown Toyota to seek some guidance and to verify that I do have the correct part for my 2018 Tacoma. I figured that Smithtown Toyota had my back since I purchased it from them and they are a Toyota dealership committed to supporting Toyota owners. I had to leave a voicemail and explained the difficulty and confusion we are having in the install. Well one week later I still hadn’t received a call back. I know now that Smithtown Toyota already had my money and their commitment to this Toyota owner is tough luck! I gave them two stars in my rating due to their pricing and shipping time. I took away the other three stars for their utmost lack of customer commitment.Installation was finally completed after much trial and error.

Love the discounted Toyota parts department. Even with shipping the parts are more reasonable then my local Toyota dealership.
