This pharmacy is a gem. I was using a well-known commercial pharmacy for years(Rite Aid) and I wish I knew OnPoint years ago. That would have saved me the hassle and aggravation. Thank you OnPoint for the great service!

Excellent service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped transfer and fill my prescriptions from a different pharmacy to save me time. Would highly recommend this pharmacy over other larger outfits. Never too crowded and plenty of staff always there to quickly help in any way. Chris, Angie, and Amanda very kind. Thanks guys!

I stopped here, at OnPoint Pharmacy, during my recent travel, after a quick trip to the Urgent Care. This place is a gem! The staff was warm and enthusiastic, making me feel at home.The Pharmacist was friendly, and spent extra time finding me the lowest copay without my asking. They had all the meds I needed filled, on hand and in stock, which was so convenient.Overall, a great experience. You guys rock!

They are the best. Sometimes when I’m running low on a med., they’ll call me. Also they deliver. They are worth their weight in gold.

Extremely disappointed in their care. Let me run out of necessary post operative meds for cataract surgery. Promised delivery a week before surgery now an entire week post op and two phone calls later I’m still waiting!

OnPoint, The last of the neighborhood pharmacies (formerly Fairway Pharmacy) still committed to personal attention and care. Bill, the local pharmacist is always a available to answer questions or help with an Rx concern. There is a lot to be said for that old familiar place "where everyone k owns your name"

I cannot even express how much I appreciate this pharmacy. I previously used a commercial pharmacy (CVS) which I repeatedly had poor experiences with. I have had nothing but excellent service from OnPoint (previously Smithtown Rx) Pharmacy. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They always take care of obtaining and applying any applicable coupons to my medications, they ship to me (out of state currently!) and they contact my provider for me when a refill is necessary. I am so grateful for their wonderful service. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone is so sweet here! They even deliver for free which is AMAZING when your a single Mom like me or just can't get out to pick up your scripts and they bring them right to your door. Also they are not only just for RX'S they are like a little store with so much different things to buy even for the holiday's!!
