I've been patiently waiting for the doors to be replaced on the fridgedaire refrigerator we purchased a few months ago. The first fridge they delivered was a dud didn't blow cold air, they picked it up several days after delivering, we had to throw out the food so we lost $ there. Then they delivered the second one and our kids were home and the delivery guys let the storm door hit the fridge on the way in the house and they dented the doors, which we have on the camera. Secondly the delivery guys both times left all the cardboard and packaging debris on the side of the house for me to clean up thank you for that. They decided to deliver us another fridge since door replacement wasn't coming for whatever reason. The third fridge came this past Friday and upon inspection it was the wrong one, the drivers said they can run back to the warehouse and get the right one as they happen to have it. And hour or so later they brought a 4 th one and it was the correct one and it seems to be working. During this debacle my spouse called the store and spoke with Vito the owner and she was trying to explain to him what was happening and he lost his patience and told her " I ordered the correct one that's impossible. " he followed that up with " We're not getting anywhere right now, we're done..." along with Hun and girl, being very condescending and chauvinistic towards her. Surprisingly disrespectful as I have dealt with them myself and didn't get that same disrespect. We all have bad days but this is it for me. And Brandon blocked her too btw... I will deal with the actual company that made the fridge at this point if there's anymore issues moving forward. But seriously Vito your not getting the last word here, I am and I'm not DONE ! I will surely let all my friends and family know exactly what you did and how you mistreated my spouse. And along with that I happen to own my own business too and it parallels yours which I just so happen to know many of the same people and I will surely let them know what you did to us especially what you said to my spouse. Loose lips sink battle ships...

When we needed a new fridge, I stopped in at Smithtown Appliance with the expectation of high prices and not being treated well since I wasn't in the market fora gourmet kitchen refrigerator. Boy was I wrong! While I wasn't sure of the exact typed or model I was in the market for just yet, my Sales Rep, Brandon, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different types. Ultimately Brandon gave me what I though was a very fair price on a GE freanch door fridge. I left and did my due diligence in shopping with my wife to find out the price he gave me was more then fair. Ultimately my wife and I decided on a different GE Model that Brandon was instrumental in helping us make this decision. After seeing the models we liked at numerous other establishments, when Brandon gave us the price of the model we Ultimately chose it was $200 less then the best price we could find. We placed the order and, while disappointed in the delivery/take away fee (Brandon worked on that price too), they delivered the next day! The delivery crew was extremely professional and very careful with our wood floors and door jambs.
I would highly recommend Smithtown Appliance to anyone needing a major appliance purchase.

From first call to installation, the entire experience was amazing. They are knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and the price was same or lower than any I have found. I went from a broken washer to a shiny new and installed one in less than 24 hours. The delivery and installation fee was more than reasonable too. Shop small!!

I WOULD NEVER recommend Smithtown Appliance. Their customer service is horrible. When we went in to purchase many appliances , they were so helpful. Once there was a problem with a range that had problems months after using it and continues to have problems they were not helpful at all. In fact, the owner Vito is a rude man. I dont understand how he has been in business for so long. I feel they do not stand behind their products and could care less what problems you are having. Go to PC Richards!! Angela B

They do not stand behind their merchandise. I bought a new refrigerator from then and 4 months later the compressor was dead. That was back in July- it's now mid September and no repair or replacement. I regret the day I trusted them and warn others not to do the same.

After months of delays and terrible customer service with our order from PC Richards, we decided to give Smithtown Appliance a call to see if we can get something sooner. Vito Jr was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he went above and beyond any customer service we have experienced and had a stove in our house within three days. Give this family owned business a chance, you will not regret it! We will definitely be back in the future.

Smithtown Appliance stands behind their products. Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue dealing with Weber over a faulty grill. Weber couldn't properly fix the issue. I stopped in Smithtown Appliance. The owner overheard me discussing my problem. Three days later I had a new grill, ready for grilling, all set up in my back yard.

I changed my kitchen twice over the years always used Smithtown Appliance. Never had a problem. I'm going to replace my electric stove to a GE dual fuel unit waiting for the stove to get to the store this week. Brandon recommended a plumber to run a gas line into the kitchen. Always wanted a gas stove finally gas came to my area.

I purchased a custom refrigerator in August 2020. With 6 months, I had multiple issues with the unit (ice maker doesn't shut off and door makes loud noise when opening). I called for service, Wind Factory Service came and have been waiting for nearly 2 years for a repair. I sent multiple emails to Smithtown Appliance and all I get is a run around. To pay so much for an appliance and receive such service is horrible. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone

Received incorrect information about the appliances which would have changed my buying decision. The appliances were delivered with some damage that I failed to notice, my loss. Still don’t have a working ice maker.
