This contractor is a truly despicable man who takes advantage of his clients and breaches his own contract. Do your homework. This company and its owner, Richard Dailey, are not licensed or insured for plumbing, electrical or home improvement even though he advertises and says he is. He is a liar. He is on Suffolk County's Wall of Shame due to the number of unresolved customer complaints against him! Call Consumer Affairs of Suffolk County to hear the truth! Save yourself the aggravation and find a true professional that will stand behind his work and is licensed and insured, not like this joker.

The owner came down to TD bank and harassed the staff. I'm writing a review because he was extremely unprofessional and accosted the staff at TD in Hauppauge. I was able to find the owner due to him stating "you should know my name it's Richard Daily". I did report him to the bank. If he does this to the staff at a bank I wouldn't be surprised if he is this unprofessional in other areas as well

After meeting with several different contractors my wife and I decided to use RJD construction for our project. We met with the owner Richie and told him what we were looking to do.He provided a design that we loved and his prices were fair. From the beginning the owner Richie sat with us and helped us design our dream kitchen. We decided to do some renovating to make our Dream kitchen even bigger to fit the needs and accommodate our Family. They started the job in a timely matter and finished the whole project in the timeframe that was presented to us from when we signed the contract. We were very pleased with RJD’s excellent workmanship. The workers were punctual, clean, polite and the foreman Manny‘s workmanship showed his expertise and experience. One of the things I like the most is that Rich and manny worked with us throughout the whole project and we’re open and accommodating to our needs. We are very happy with our experience with RJD and we have and will continue to use them in the future.Services: Water fixture installation

1) Finish a job that you start. Don’t leave to one job to start another.

Don't waste your time. Use a professional who actually holds a license, not use another's license. Use someone who respects the customer and the customer's home. Use someone who doesn't bait and switch.

1) Finish a job that you start. Don't leave to one job to start another. 2)When the homeowners ask you to wear a mask when you're in their home, don't argue. Just wear a mask. 3) Yelling and screaming at the homeowners is not a professional way to conduct business. 4) Don't do plumbing work and electrical work if you aren't licensed to do so. 5) IF you are going to do the plumbing and electrical work, make sure you pay the people whose licensing you're looking to use so the proper permits can be supplied and the work can be finished. 6) When you continue to ask for more "$$$$$", and are asked to supply a list of expenses in order to be properly paid, supply a list. 7) When the people that hired you attempt to call and/or text, answer the phone. Don't ignore the attempt at communication, or respond with "$$$$$". 8) Don't just assume the homeowners are comfortable with you bringing your dogs into their home just because you want to. 9) If either you or your employees are using the homeowners restrooms(s), it is NOT acceptable to urinate all over the toilet seats and floor. 10) NEVER tell the homeowner to "Stop being such a Jew." Especially when the person is Jewish. Such anti-semetic remarks are never acceptable.
